Surviving a Monday after a relaxing weekend can be a challenge for some. Thankfully, the cast of the hit FOX television series, 9-1-1 has some tips to help make things go a little smoother as we all get ready to start our weeks.

On Monday morning, the 9-1-1 on FOX Twitter page shared a hilarious video chock-full of tips on how to start our weeks off right.

First off, the Monday morning Twitter video adds an awesome soundtrack to help us start the day. A hardcore sound that mixes in a bit of the 9-1-1 soundtrack to get us all pumped and ready to go.

“9-1-1 Monday Survival Guide,” reads the video as soon as it starts.

‘9-1-1’ Encourages Us To Have The Best Monday Possible

The first tip 9-1-1 gives us for starting Monday off right? Start your day with a workout. Lunges, to be specific if we follow the video precisely.

Next, 9-1-1 suggests we face the “workday head-on,” while the clip shows 9-1-1’s  Henrietta “Hen” Wilson (Aisha Hinds) catches someone who is certainly not Captain Bobby Nash behind Bobby Nash’s desk.

The 9-1-1 Twitter post goes on to encourage fans to “stand your ground.”

This clip is especially inspiring as we see the daughter of Angela Basset’s 9-1-1 character Athena Grant stand up for herself.

May Grant (Corinne Massiah) is a 9-1-1 operator in the series.

And, recently, she has been facing some issues at work. Primarily with Claudette Collins who is played by Vanessa Estelle Williams.

The clip shows May looking nervous but determined, ready to “stand her ground.”

After taking a moment, May Grant walks up to Claudette and bravely says “excuse me. You’re in my way.”

Those are some awesome tips from one of television’s best and fiercest shows. What a wonderful way to start a Monday, for sure!

So far, in the hit television series’s fifth season, fans have been treated to quite a bit of drama.

A Lot Of Drama In Season Five!

One new storyline this season includes Ravi a “probie” at station 118.

Remember the clip in 9-1-1’s inspiring Monday Twitter video above? Well, Ravi is the one hiding behind the captain’s desk before Hen catches him in the act.

The young first responder spends much of the most recent 9-1-1 episode trying to get into the good graces of Buck, who is played by Oliver Stark.

In a series of misunderstandings, Ravi eventually hides behind Bobby Nash’s (Peter Krause) desk. This, of course, leads to a hilarious moment as Hen catches Ravi red-handed.

During the most recent episode, Buck has taken the blame for Chimney, who is played by Henry Choi, leaving.

“I’m the reason he’s gone,” Buck says.

However, Chimney will be returning soon. He is on the road to track Maddie (Jennifer Love Hewitt) down.

After giving birth to a baby girl, Jennifer Love Hewitt’s Maddie has left town.

Apparently suffering from post-partum depression. The baby’s father, Chimney, sets out with the couple’s daughter to track Maddie down and bring her home. Getting the young mother the help she desperately needs.
