Former Alaskan Bush People star Matt Brown is back on social media with a new post. He is letting his fans know what his plans are to begin the new year.

“Hi, friends! Hope everybody is doing well out there! It’s been a couple of days since I have done a video so I figured I’d do a quick check-in and let everybody know that I’m doing well out here.”

If you know anything about Matt Brown it’s that he enjoys putting together educational videos for YouTube. He has his own channel on the platform.

“I’m still editing on my next YouTube video,” Brown said. “I wanted to get it out right behind my other one because it’s already into next year. You know, we’re in 2022 and this video is kind of a Christmas one because it leads right up ’til Christmas. And then I’ve got a couple more videos I’m working on after that. One is repairs on my winter gear.”

Brown explained that his bosses also bought him a new pair of boots for the cold weather.

“Oh, my friends, my bosses here that I work for they gave me a pair of winter boots. So that’s really going to help me on my next hike up Chopaka Mountain.”

For those at you at home wondering, Chopaka Mountain is also known as Mount Chopaka. It’s located in the state of Washington along the Canada-United States border. It sits at an elevation of 1.903 miles or 6,243 feet above sea level.

“I guess that’s about all I’ve got today. I just wanted to check in and let you know I’m doing well. I’ve had a toothache the last couple of days, so I haven’t done a video. Kind of just sitting here trying to get feeling better, you know? I’m gonna get into the dentist eventually and get it taken care of.”

‘Alaskan Bush People’ Fans Wishing Matt Brown Well

As per usual, Alaskan Bush People fans took to the comments section to wish the very best for Matt Brown.

“Hi, Matt! The people you work for clearly care a lot for you also,” one fan said. “Those winter boots will be great for your trip up Chopaka.”

“Thanks for checking in on us all,” another follower replied. “Hope your trip is a great and peaceful one. Lots to get ready, make sure you have all you need for a comfortable trip. Please take time to enjoy the view and nature as I know you will. And when you are by the fire at night, looking at the stars, remember that all over the world there are people who respect you massively. You are appreciated.”

“Hi Matt, sorry to hear you had a toothache,” wrote a third user. “Clove oil is good, you rub it around the area where it aches and it numbs it for a while but you need to get it sorted out soon. Take care.”
