“Hi friends! This is one of the only pictures I got to take wile I was on the mountain, it was a really good trip,” Matt begins. Courtesy of this latest post to Instagram, fans of the former reality star and full-time Outsider get a rare glimpse into his adventures. Matt shares often, but he’s also one to enjoy nature on his trips instead of constantly having his phone out. As a result, Matt says he was only able to snap this one photo.
And while it was a gorgeous hike, to be sure, “its getting cold up there now though lol :),” he continues. The Alaskan Bush People vet then signs off with his usual “I hope this finds everyone doing well today. Good afternoon, evening, or night 🙂 J.3.16.”
As always, Matt Brown’s followers are heaping on the support for his latest post. With each upload, Matt looks to spread joy to those partaking in the social media experience with him. His fans reciprocate in kind:
“Matt hope you’re doing well! Glad to see you and your adventures!” comments Alaskan Bush People fan Chris C. on Instagram.
“t’s a very handsome photo…you always photographed well….do plan on going to Chopaka soon. So looking forward to your videos, take care. Laters Matt,” replies follower Amy.
As for those videos, Matt Brown has made a “personal obligation and promise” to upload self-help topics to social media more often.
‘Alaskan Bush People’s Matt Brown’s ‘Self Help’ Videos are Back!
In a post earlier in November, Matt took the time to let followers know he’s going to resume his popular self help talks. It was a welcomed announcement, as Brown has fashioned a true support forum with hundreds – if not thousands – commenting on how impactful they find his earnestness.
“Hi friends! I haven’t been doing my recovery or self-improvement videos as much as I would like, so I decided to make an obligation to help me keep on track,” Brown captioned the update. “Special thanks to all my friends out there for sending so many suggestions for video topics.”
To do so, Matt printed out these topic suggestions from fans. He then cut them into strips he’s put into a bowl. From there, topics for his videos will be pulled. In doing so, the Alaskan Bush People alum is “setting good goals,” he says, in order to keep him from “slipping back into destructive behaviors.”
Laziness, for example, is one Matt says he wishes to avoid. “If I don’t set goals up for myself throughout the day, I slip back into a lazy, dirty environment,” he details – something many of us can relate to.
Keep up the excellent work, Matt Brown! Alaskan Bush People fans and Outsiders are behind you all the way.
