Recently, Alaskan Bush People star Gabe Brown has adopted some new changes to his style, and the response from fans has been mixed.
Gabe debuted his new look on his Instagram page, and since then, fans can’t stop talking about his use of eyeliner. In the photo, Gabe lay on the hardwood floor as he took a black-and-white selfie. He added a touch of black eyeliner to his bottom lid and stared off into the distance.
Some fans were supportive of his choice of cosmetics, but others weren’t so kind.
“So now they have eyeliner for men in the bush ?” one person wrote.
“Why are you wearing EYE LINER ?” said another.
The Alaskan Bush People star has elected to ignore these criticisms, himself, but that only resulted in fans taking to his co-stars’ pages to vent their reactions.
Well, his older brother Bear’s girlfriend, Raiven Adams, didn’t take too kindly to the comments, and she decided to speak out on his behalf when she decided to do a Q&A session on TikTok. One person left the comment, “how has Bear been since the tragic loss of his father? also can you PLEASE tell Gabe to not wear eyeliner ANYMORE!” So, Raiven posted a video that featured the comment. In the background, the Alaskan Bush People star played Rhianna’s “Take a Bow” lyrics, “You look so dumb right now” as she rolled her eyes.
She also added her own text that read, “Why y’all worried about another man’s choices… literally doesn’t make a difference how he chooses to express himself.”

‘Alaskan Bush People’ Star Fires Back Again
Not surprisingly, the Alaskan Bush People watcher wasn’t too thrilled about the shout-out, and apparently, they responded directly to Raiven and even blocked her on TikTok.
In a follow-up video, Raiven chose Frank Sinatra’s “Let It Snow” lyrics, mouthing along when he came to the part “Mm delightful.”
Meanwhile, she added text to the clip that read, “When someone comments rude assumptions on my page. So I politely correct them and they throw a tantrum and block me.”
Clearly, the comments didn’t bother the Alaskan Bush People star, judging from her smile during the video. In fact, in previous videos, Raiven shared that she had received hate from the show’s fans, especially when she was pregnant with her son with Bear, River. According to her TikTok videos, some even went so far as to tell her she had a “fake belly.”
Needless to say, defending her boyfriend’s brother was no sweat for the fellow Alaskan Bush People star.
