‘American Pickers’: What To Know About Mike Wolfe’s $3.4M Real Estate Holdings

by Victoria Santiago

Mike Wolfe has used his money from American Pickers wisely. Wolfe’s real estate net worth is an impressive $3.4 million. To be more specific, his properties are worth a whopping $3,467,300. His portfolio includes four mansions and 11 commercial properties. Some of the properties are being divided between Wolfe and his now ex-wife, Jodi Wolfe.

Residential Properties in Wolfe’s Portfolio

All of Wolfe’s properties are stunning, so it’s hard to know where to begin. In May of 2016, Mike and Jodi bought a 5,062 square-foot home in Franklin, Tennessee. They bought the 28-acre property for $182,200. The vast property even has a creek, complete with a bridge to cross over it. Jodi won this home in the divorce. Wolfe was ordered to sign the property over to her within 30 days, but as of right now it is still in both of their names.

Some of their homes were bought under an LLC, like a home the couple obtained for $375,000 in 2018. The house is smaller than the Tennessee property. It’s a 1,834 square foot, two-story home that sits on 2.1 acres of land. In the divorce, Mike won this property.

Under their LLC, Mike also purchased another home in Franklin, Tennessee. This house had a price tag of $1,050,000. He bought it the same month his separation from Jodi happened. Not only did Mike win this 3,153 square-foot mansion in the divorce, but it also appears that he currently lives there. The property has three bedrooms and three baths and even has a detached garage (perfect for collectibles).

The last of the four residential properties is a North Carolina property that has been awarded to Jodi in the divorce. It’s a three-bed, two-bath home in western North Carolina. A huge selling point for the house is the idyllic view it offers of the Blue Ridge Mountains. This home was bought by the couple in 2019 for $450,000.

Mike Wolfe Won All Commercial Properties in the Divorce

Wolfe’s portfolio also contains 11 commercial properties. These were also bought using the couple’s LLC. During the divorce, Mike was awarded all of the commercial spaces.

He bought a commercial space in his hometown of LeClaire, Iowa in 2009 for $100. The property is currently being rented out by a store called The Shameless Chocoholic. In 2010, he bought another property in LeClaire for $115,000. Soon after, he bought the lot next to that property. Rather, he obtained the lot next to the property – he paid no money for it. He owns a few other properties in LeClaire. Wolfe also has commercial properties in Tennessee. He owns properties in Nashville and Franklin. Most of his spaces are rented out by businesses, or used for his own business needs.

It’s reported that Mike and Jodi’s divorce has been finalized as of December 6th. In addition to splitting up ownership of their properties, royalties, alimony, and child support were also ordered.
