Most people know that Hollywood star Nicole Kidman and country music icon Keith Urban are married. In terms of their personal marriage, however, the two like to keep that more private.

The “Being the Ricardos” star recently spoke to The Australian Women’s Weekly regarding her relationship with Urban.

She revealed that she shares only a “small portion” of her life with the public, but the rest is kept to herself. Urban and Kidman put a lot of priority on their family.

“I have my work, but my actual life is pretty private. I’m very fortunate that I have a family that is very tight. We’re very close. I had a fantastic papa and I have a fantastic husband, and as much as we have all of this, Keith and I are pretty normal,” Kidman said.

Nicole Kidman has two adoptive children from her marriage with Tom Cruise. That includes Isabella Jane and Connor Anthony.

Then, Kidman met Urban at the G’Day USA gala in 2005. A year later the two ended up tying the knot. Her first child, Sunday Rose, was born on July 7, 2008. Her name holds a lot of significance as well.

According to Marie Claire, Kidman had a hard time on Sundays during the period of time following her divorce. That all changed when she met her now-husband, however.

“We went from dreading Sunday to really loving it. It was the day when nobody was going to bother you, you could stay in bed, you could do what you wanted to do. We just thought, What a great name for our baby” Kidman said. The couple also had a second daughter on December 28, 2010. Her name is Faith Margaret.

As for family life, the couple tries to keep everything balanced. Both have a lot of responsibilities professionally, but they talk it out and make it work. “We just work it out our ourselves… We literally will sit – as most couples do – and go, ‘Okay, here’s the schedule. What are we going to do? Nup, too much … That very much is our family and how do we make that work. The priority is each other and our kids. Nothing is more important than that,” Nicole Kidman said during an appearance on the Australian Today Show.

Kidman Wishes Youngest a Happy Birthday

On Tuesday, Kidman celebrated her youngest daughter’s 11th birthday. She shared an Instagram photo of a cake with colorful sprinkles placed in front of a very vibrant “Happy Birthday” banner.

“Happy birthday our darling Faith. You are loved beyond measure … Mumma and Dad,” wrote Nicole Kidman on the post.

Several fans also wished the “Being the Ricardos” star’s daughter the happiest of days. Chloe Coleman, Kidman’s 13-year-old co-star on “Big Little Lies,” wrote “Happy Birthday Faith!” under the post.
