It is a new year and that means picking up a few habits that are for the better. Perhaps Blue Bloods star Bridget Moynahan is hoping to read more.

To get the year started, Moynahan has already finished her first book. The star of Blue Bloods portrays the smart and always hard-working Erin Reagan. As ADA, she has honed her skills in the courtroom. In real life, the actress is trying to do the little things and keep her mind going.

For so many of us, reading a little more is a huge resolution. I know I wish I could finish a few more books per year than I do now. Check out the Instagram post below and see for yourself.

The Blue Bloods actress was very excited about the read. “This book captivated me from cover to cover. R.J. Palacio is a wonder and a pleasure to read. Thank you [Richard Young] for introducing me to this magical story.”

The cover of the book looks very interesting with a horse with a pale white face in front of a barren-looking landscape. Palacio also authored the book, Wonder. Here is a bit about the book. “R.J. Palacio spins a harrowing yet distinctly beautiful tale about the power of love and the connections that bind us across the expanses of distance and time. For young readers who love the poignant depth of The Yearling or Because of Winn-Dixie, and adult fans of True Grit or the lean, searing prose of Cormac McCarthy, this is one of those rare books for readers of all ages with the makings of a modern classic.”

I loved Because of Winn-Dixie as a kid. This might be a pickup for this Outsider.

‘Blue Bloods’ Familiar Face Making a Return?

When it comes to feel-good scenes, the family diner on Blue Bloods is usually something that fans love seeing. It provides some good moments where the family talks through issues and things are laid out plainly. There are all kinds of topics that the family talks about.

As the season starts to come back with new episodes on a regular basis, there is one question about the family dinner. Is it going to feature a long-lost family member? Someone who hasn’t been around for quite some time. The eldest Reagan sibling, Joe Reagan, had a son. Joe Hill hasn’t been featured in a long time. However, he may be making a return.

Will Hochman brings the Blue Bloods character to life on the screen. He has been making appearances since season 10. Now, in season 12, fans are wondering if there is a chance that he will be sitting down for dinner sometime again soon. By the looks of things, that doesn’t seem too likely. However, that doesn’t mean it won’t happen.
