In a recent Instagram post, Blue Bloods actress, Bridget Moynahan shares a 2019 New Years’ picture and fans are loving it!

With 2022 starting to settle into our calendars, everyone is finding their ways to celebrate. Many people threw New Years’ parties, some watched New Years’ Eve celebrations on television, and some just stayed in. A number of our favorite stars are showing us how they’re celebrating the new year.

With the COVID-19 pandemic on the rise, we can only hope everyone is staying safe and taking the necessary precautions.

Earlier today, the Coyote Ugly actress shared a throwback picture. The photo features herself celebrating New Years’ Eve in 2019 before the pandemic took hold of the world. The caption reads, “Happy New Year! Here’s a #flashback photo from NYE 2019, a simpler time. Best wishes to you for 2022.”

Fans of the actress and Blue Bloods responded by wishing her a happy new year, including her costar, Sami Gayle. One fan wrote, “Looking good !! Happy New Year !!!”

With all the glittery décor, Moynahan looks to be celebrating New Years the right way!

This is not the only throwback photo Moynahan has posted lately. In mid-December, she posted a picture to Instagram from 2004 of herself in a Zac Posen dress during the press tour for I; Robot.

The caption read, “@flauntmagazine I, Robot promo. by @zacposentbt.” We have to admit, the actress looks just as beautiful now as she did 17 years ago in this photo.

Bridget Moynahan is Reprising Her Role in ‘And Just Like That’

In early December, the Blue Bloods star reprised her role as Natasha Naginsky in the third episode of the Sex in the City revival, And Just Like That. Wow, it’s been a month of throwbacks for the actress.

In an interview with Marie Claire Magazine, the actress discussed her huge return as Natasha. “I was really so thrilled that they did bring her back for this…And it didn’t really matter what [showrunner Michael Patrick King] asked me to do. I mean, if he asked me to be in a background scene, I would’ve done that. But it was a nice little storyline to play with and in some ways, more emotional and real than the two characters have ever really been with each other.”

But fans have wondered if that episode is the only one they’ll see of Natasha in this reboot. She might’ve been portrayed as the villain, but fans love a good villain. In a scene between characters Carrie and Natasha, the two women put aside their past differences and come together.

Sounds like growth to us.
