‘Blue Bloods’ Fans Going Nuts Over Bridget Moynahan’s Never-Before-Seen Pic With Costar

“Blue Bloods” star Bridget Moynahan generously provided the throwback pic of her and co-star Marisa Ramirez that we never knew we needed.

Ramirez celebrated her 44th birthday on Wednesday, and Moynahan sent her a special birthday shout-out on Instagram and Twitter. The “Blue Bloods” star’s post also included an incredible throwback pic of her and Ramirez.

We can tell it’s a throwback because of the grainy, slightly blurry quality. And also because of the two ladies’ fashion choices that scream early 2000s.

Either way, it’s gratifying to see that the two are close friends on and off-set, and possibly even before they joined the “Blue Bloods” cast. The show started in 2010, so this pic could be from right around then or a little earlier. Check it out for yourself below.

“Happy Birthday, @marisachicaramirez! Hope you have a wonderful day my friend,” Moynahan captioned the post. Ramirez responded with, “You’re the sweetest! Thank you.”

“Blue Bloods” fans, understandably, loved the post. A vast majority of them wished Ramirez a Happy Birthday, on both Instagram and Twitter. Several others also commented on how gorgeous the two of them look in the throwback pic.

“Glorious pics of you and Marisa! And indeed, a Happy B-Day to Marisa. Best partner Danny Reagan could have,” one fan commented on Twitter.

Another fan named Audrey Mannsterski tweeted, “Dear Marisa, You shine on your birthday as you do on @BlueBloods_CBS.”

On Instagram, several fans also chimed in with generous compliments to the two actresses.

“Sooo sweet and beautiful 2 Angels,” one fan commented.

Another said, “You both look stunning I love the show blue bloods.”

“You two are breathtaking. Happy birthday,” a different fan wrote.

‘Blue Bloods’ Star Marisa Ramirez Develops Strong Relationships with Cast

Bridget Moynahan isn’t the only “Blue Bloods” star Marisa Ramirez has bonded with over the years. Ramirez also remembers Donnie Wahlberg being “so welcoming” when she signed on to play his partner, Detective Maria Baez.

“We just hit it off from day one, and have developed such a friendship from that moment until now,” Ramirez said in a recent interview with Pop Culture. She also opened up on what it’s like to belong to the “Blue Bloods” family.

“You hear so many horror stories about actors who worked together so long, and they secretly hate each other,” she said. “And we just love each other… I’m so excited to be at work with him and to feel safe with someone who knows me, because I feel like I keep my guard up with other actors, or crew, or whoever, and this is a place where I can let it down… It feels very safe and comfortable.”
