If you ever wanted to know what country music superstar Carrie Underwood watches during the holiday break, well you’re in luck.

Recently, Underwood took to Instagram to share her favorite movies. These aren’t just Christmas movies, either. The singer is a big fan of comedies. She has a few surprise movies on her list. Also, she has a film of her own that she hopes that fans are going to enjoy during the holiday season.

Check out the post below.

In her caption, she explained where fans can catch all of the films she listed in the video. “If you’re looking for something to watch over the holiday break (after My Gift), I’ve made a list of some of my favorite movies and shows on HBO Max. Check it out!”

During the video, Carrie Underwood listed movies such as Clueless, The Wedding Singer, and Bill & Ted. She also listed The Matrix and The Purge. And, she couldn’t forget to mention Friends. The singer also admitted that she watches Elf year-round and for those looking for more holiday cheer, her special My Gift is out for all to see on HBO Max.

It is quite a list.

‘My Gift’ Goes Gold ‘An Early Christmas Gift’ For Underwood

This has been quite a year for Carrie Underwood. The singer has done quite a lot. And, she is still reaping rewards from her work from last year. She has played a ton of big shows this year as live shows became a thing again. Then she picked up a couple of awards. Had a No.1 single with Jason Aldean, I could go on!

Actually, I will go on! Underwood is capping her year off with her Las Vegas Residency and while that was happening she got some great news. Her Christmas album from last year My Gift has been certified gold. The singer is no stranger to gold plaques but this one means a bit more being a holiday album.

She wore an all-denim outfit while accepting the plaque from her label and the RIAA. Nothing seems to be stopping Underwood this year.

Carrie Underwood Sings ‘Silent Night’ for USO Holiday Special

Speaking of Underwood and Christmas, the singer was part of a USO Holiday Special recently. At the Grand Ole Opry, she took the stage and put on a special rendition of Silent Night. The season isn’t complete until you hear that special song. I know I was in enough Church Christmas specials growing up to have the song permanently in my mind.

Carrie Underwood, the Grand Ole Opry, Christmas classics? Sign me up! This was a great event and the singer made it that much better. We can’t wait to see what she has in store for fans as we head into 2022.
