Nick Gehlfuss plays Dr. Will Halstead. That role was on Chicago Fire‘s third season before moving over to Med as a series regulars.
Brian Tee appears as Dr. Ethan Cho. Tee joined the show in Season 1 and has been on all seven seasons. Tee missed a few Season 7 episodes because he was in another series, Expats. Dominic Rains plays Dr. Crocett Marcel on Chicago Med. Rains started on the series in Season 5 after appearing on ABC’s Agents of SHIELD.

Marlyne Barrett plays Nurse Maggie Lockwood. Barrett also was in HBO’s The Wire and NBC’s Kings.
Kristen Hager appears as Dr. Stevie Hammer. She joined the cast in Season 7 after the departures of regulars Torrey DeVitto and Yaya DaCosta. Guy Lockard plays Dr. Dylan Scott on Chicago Med. Lockard has been on other Wolf Entertainment shows FBI and Chicago Fire before joining the show.
S. Epatha Merkerson portrays Dr. Sharon Goodwin. Merkerson is an original member of Chicago Med who previously starred in Dick Wolf’s hit drama Law and Order. Michael Rady plays Dr. Matt Cooper. Rady joined the show in Season 7.
Oliver Platt plays Dr. Daniel Charles on Chicago Med. Platt is a veteran TV actor who started playing Charles in the show’s Season 1.
Johanna Braddy plays Avery Quinn. who is the daughter of surgeon Pamela Blake, who was introduced in season 7 as a patient and a possible Crockett love interest. Guy Lockard plays Lieutenant Reginald Scott. He joined in Season 7 as the father of Dr. Dylan Scott and a veteran member of the Chicago police department.

Speaking of Guy Lockard, it appears that Chicago Med fans are digging Dylan Scott and call him a “fan favorite.”
After saying goodbye to April Sexton and Natalie Manninot in Season 6, the show is filling the gap with Dr. Dylan Scott.
He is a former police officer who decided to trade in his badge for a stethoscope.
The show sent out a tweet on Twitter about him and his role.
Fan @brkaquay responded to One Chicago’s post by praising his good-natured personality.
“Absolutely,” the fan writes. “Needed his beautiful soul this season… hope it doesn’t turn!!”
