The “CSI: Vegas” season one finale aired on Wednesday, and fans have a lot of feelings about it. Surprisingly, all good things. In response to a tweet from the official “CSI: Vegas” Twitter, fans commented all the things they loved about the finale, with a majority of them asking for season 2.

“I loved it,” one fan started. “Hodges got his happy ending, he saw his son. Sara and Grissom rode the roller coaster together and finally saw them kiss. Max got her job back. Ended perfectly.”

Another fan wrote, “Very well done! Having Gil and Sara come back to help exonerate Hodges was brilliantly done. I mean, it’s David Hodges for crying out loud! With a new cast being introduced, I truly feel the show could definitely stand on its own in future seasons. #lovedit.”

An outpouring of such unconditional love is unusual for a season finale; usually fans are nitpicking every little thing they didn’t like about it, but not with “CSI: Vegas,” not this time. Fans adored the finale.

“What a great episode,” commented another. “I knew Hodges wasn’t guilty. He doesn’t have it in him to commit a crime. I lived Grissom and Sara on the roller coaster at the end. I hope they come back for season 2.”

One fan was exceptionally excited about the finale, writing, “WOOOOOOHOOOOO..WAY TO END THE SEASON FINALE..CAN’T WAIT UNTIL NEXT SEASON !!! THANKS @CBS FOR BRINGING BACK THE ORIGINAL #CSIVEGAS.”

‘CSI: Vegas’ Fans Adore Finale, and What Happened in the End?

Talk about enthusiasm. If only every show on network television had fans like “CSI: Vegas” has, nothing would ever be canceled. In the end, it seems like “CSI: Vegas” did right by its fans for the finale, and those fans are extremely appreciative. It refreshing to see a show actually provide for its fanbase, and that kiss between Sara and Grissom seems to have made up for the show’s past transgressions.

We’ve been talking up the Hodges disappearance for a week now, so, how did the team end up finding him in the end? Well, it all came down to smell; Grissom figured out that a certain scent on Anson Wix’s belongings traced back to a closed down hotel. Apparently, hotels use signature scents to create their ambiance, and that was Wix’s downfall. They found Hodges there, on the brink of death, but managed to save him in time.

It also looks like there’s a new serial killer on the loose; does this mean there’s going to be a season 2? Fans are hopeful, but right now it seems to be a mystery.
