Leave it to “FBI: Most Wanted” alum Kellan Lutz to give us all the feels on a Monday with a picture of him with his 7-month-old daughter.
Lutz, who played FBI Special Agent Ken Crosby on the CBS police drama, left the Dick Wolf-created show after the Season 3 premiere.
Now about this daughter stuff, as shared by People. Papa Kellan took time out to take a snap with Ashtyn.
But the actor, along with his wife Brittany Gonzales, had a traumatic 2020. It was too much for him to take while being on “FBI: Most Wanted.”
In September, Lutz opened up about everything as well as his decision about family and work.
‘FBI: Most Wanted’ Actor Moves Himself, Family Back To California
“2020 was a lot for everyone to say the least,” he said. “For me, it started with losing my first daughter, then nearly my wife, and both grandfathers among other things, all in the middle of a global pandemic on the opposite side of the country from my family, friends, and entire support system.
“If 2020 taught me anything it’s how important family truly is,” Lutz said. “After a lot of prayer and reflection, I made the difficult decision to move my growing family back to CA so our daughter could grow up with her grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins, just a short drive away.”
And that’s where he is right now.
Gonzales even shared this bit of reflection upon having Ashtyn when she and Lutz did.
“Even thinking back to life before she arrived I can see God preparing me to be her mama in every high, hardship, and heartache,” she wrote on an Instagram post. “And I’d do it all over and over again to have her here in this moment.”
As for Lutz’s old show, “FBI: Most Wanted” is part of CBS’s “FBI” block on Tuesday nights. Catch a new episode at 9 p.m. Eastern, 8 p.m. Central.
TV Drama Features Julian McMahon In Lead Role of Jess LaCroix On Show
Now “FBI: Most Wanted” is still moving forward with its new season while Lutz moves forward with his life.
The show, which is part of the “FBI” franchise, features actor Julian McMahon as Jess LaCroix. Well, that’s good.
But we bet, Outsiders, that you’d like to know where you might have seen McMahon before as an actor.
He is an Australian actor, former model, and son of former Australian Prime Minister Sir William McMahon.
Acting work features McMahon playing John Grant in “Profiler,” Cole Turner in “Charmed,” and Christian Troy in “Nip/Tuck.”
One more role: Julian McMahon played Doctor Doom as part of the “Fantastic Four” franchise. Keep an eye out for him on CBS.
