Survivor: Redemption Island’s Natalie Tenerelli and her longtime beau Brian Cox are headed to the altar!

The season 22 starlet announced the new engagement with an Instagram post on November 14 by writing, “OMG! We are in Tuscany and we are ENGAGED! Is this real life?! @danielgcox I love you so much! GRATEFUL”

The former castaway posted a series of two photos and two videos that memorialized her special moment.

In the first two pics, we see Cox down on one knee. And they’re in front of an absolutely stunning Italian backdrop. And in the second picture, the couple kisses to celebrate her obvious “yes.”

In the videos, a few friends captured the emotional question from afar. We can’t hear the proposal, but judging by Tenerelli’s tears, Cox made it epically memorable.

30-year- old Natalie Tenerelli was a Survivor castaway over a decade ago. She then went on to dance for the Los Angeles Clippers, where she E! featured her in a documentary titled L.A. Clippers Dance Squad.

When Tenerelli appeared on Survivor, she was only 19, which makes her the youngest contestant in the history of the series. But despite her age, Tenerelli proved to be a cunning and worthy opponent. By the end of the season, she held the title of second runner-up.

On the show, Tenerelli starred alongside the legendary “Boston Rob” Mariano and formed an alliance with the future Survivor winner. The Ometepe duo worked together till the very end. And on the season finale, they sat in front of the jury with Phillip Sheppard. Mariano walked away with eight votes, Sheppard earned one, and Tenerelly got zero.

In a December 2020 interview with Entertainment Weekly, Tenerelli shared that she’s still close to Boston Rob, saying “[he] is like a brother to me! We don’t talk too often, but I know he always has my back.”

‘Survivor’ Castaway Natalie Tenerelli’s Fiance’ is a Former Bachelorette Contestant

Natalie Tenerelli’s soon-to-be groom also found stardom on reality TV. In 2013, Brian Cox appeared on season nine of The Bachelorette. But the self-described “30-year-old beverage sales director from Las Vegas, NV,” was eliminated in week 3. Then in 2015, Cox starred in season two of Bachelor in Paradise. However, he dropped out during week 5.

Cox now runs a business that sells chewable multi-vitamin dietary supplements called Wellthy. He also fronts a business called Peaches L.A. with his fiance’. Together, they “help get some of the best peaches in the world into the hands of everyone outside the LA Farmers Markets and top chefs.”
