‘Happy Days’ Icon Henry Winkler Mourns the Loss of Betty White

Legendary actress Betty White has reportedly passed away at 99-years-old today. The iconic actress has already been mourned by so many who knew her across a variety of social media platforms. Her warmth and light clearly touched so many folks both in the entertainment industry but so many folks who loved her from afar at home.

One of the folks who publicly mourned the loss of the iconic Betty White was Happy Days star Henry Winkler. Winkler took to his personal account to talk about White’s sad passing. He wrote, “Betty White : I is very hard to absorb you are not here anymore.. But the memories of your deLIGHT are ..Thank you for yur humor , your warmth and your activism ..Rest now and say Hi to Bill.”


Clearly, White meant a lot to Winkler. Her passing was tough for the fellow iconic star in Hollywood. Still, he reflected on the good times and all the light that she brought to his life over the years and all that she did for the world and their friendship.

Fans loved Winkler’s message. One fan wrote, So very sad for the rest of us. She’s joyful somewhere else now peace and blessings R.I.P.”

Another fan wrote, “She gave so much light and joy to the world. Rest In Peace and glory, Ms. Betty White!”

The Passing of Betty White

TMZ first reported the passing of the legendary actress. She reportedly passed away in her home just a bit shy of her amazing 100th birthday. The news organization was alerted to the event that she had passed away from local law enforcement.

Betty White was just interviewed by ET where she said“I’m the luckiest broad on two feet to be as healthy as I am and to feel as good as I do.”
