Here’s What Betty White’s Final Role Was

by Maggie Schneider

Iconic actress and comedian Betty White passed away yesterday at 99. Fans may be surprised by what her final role was.

“Golden Girls” star Betty White died Friday morning, but the internet is in mourning. While America will forever miss this comedic legend, it’s important to take the time to appreciate each of her roles. For instance, her final acting role was in a Toy Story short film.

According to IMDb, Betty White’s last acting credit was in Pixar’s “Forky Asks a Question: What Is Love?” She voiced the character of Bitey White, a teething toy in the shape of a cat. The short film is also a part of a series, available to stream on Disney+. The series revolves around Toy Story 4 character, Forky.

Betty Final Live-Action Role

While the Pixar short is White’s last acting credit, this was not a live-action role. Her final live-action performance was in an episode of Freeform’s “Young & Hungry.” The 2017 episode saw White playing Gabi’s neighbor, Mrs. Wilson, for instance. The episode description also sounds hilarious.

“Gabi is feeling down about her birthday and when Gabi learns neighbor Ms Wilson promised to meet a former boyfriend in Las Vegas, she decides it is the perfect way to beat her birthday blues. Yolanda and Elliot scheme to keep her birthday gifts,” the description reads.

The cameo is in episode 8 during the final season of “Young & Hungry.” You can stream the episode now on Netflix.
