If you have ever owned a little furry animal, you know how sneaky and sly they are. HGTV’s Erin Napier is learning just that herself.

After a stressful four months of a missing bunny, Erin and her husband Ben Napier have officially welcomed their pet bunny, Madison, back home into loving arms.

Napier took to Instagram to detail the matter, “Guys. Helen’s bunny, Madison, disappeared 4 months ago. We let her run around the yard and she slipped out through a hole in the fence. We looked everywhere for her. This morning, our director, Kirk, found her hopping down our street and @scotsman.co brought her home. Miracle bunny.”

Ben is posing in the photo with a rather shocked face. He comments on the photo, “She’s either singing Amazing Grace or Band on the Run.”

A lot of commenters had a lot of positive things to say. Country singer + songwriter Natalie Hemby writes, “Yaaaaaayyyy! Madison the Miracle.” Another writes, “The fact that her name is Madison just gets me. Yay for her return!” A number of comments suggest that the Napier’s should write a fun book about Madison’s return. One person writes, “That should be a book. The Secret Adventures of a Laurel Bunny,” while another agrees to hint at a possible future plan, “I see a fun book about Madison’s lost summertime travels and her fall homecoming just in time before winter arrives.”

Erin and Ben Napier’s Newest Arrival

Back in May, Erin and Ben Napier welcomed their second daughter Mae, named after Erin’s Aunt Mae. Big sister, Helen, is absolutely smitten with her five-month-old baby sister. Napier recently shared an update on Mae’s new habits, “at a little over 2 months old, mae makes cooing/puppy sounds, eats 5 oz. per feeding, sleeps from 9 pm – 7:30 am, and has a nap schedule. I can’t believe we are almost out of the newborn days. #maedays

Mae joins big sister Helen and unlike Madison the bunny, Helen arrived very early. Erin says, “She showed up two weeks early, but I think it’s better that way because I got a great night’s sleep before rushing to the hospital. I know as we got closer to the big day I would’ve been too anxious to sleep.”

Erin Napier Reveals Season 6 Update

If you’re a fan of HGTV’s “Home Town,” there is more good news in store. There will be a Season 6.

Earlier this month, Erin Napier took to Instagram to commence the first day of filming for Season 6. She writes, “#hgtvhometown, day one of season SIX! thank you so much for watching so we get to keep making this very special show together. thank you times a million!!

It’s unclear when the newest season of “Home Town” will air but many are saying early 2022. The newest season will have 20 episodes with renovations taking place in Laurel, Mississippi, the couple’s hometown.

Ben’s show “Home Town: Ben’s Workshop” is also renewed for another season.
