“kick your widdle wegs!” she wrote in the caption, which perfectly describes the video of little Hellen kicking up a storm.

‘Home Town’ Follows the Couple’s Rennovation Adventures in Laurel, Missisipi
Home Town really explores what it means to be a part of a community, and HGTV and the Napiers have invested heavily into renovating homes around Erin and Ben’s hometown of Laurel. Their goal is to help change their town “one house at a time.”
In an interview with CBS, Erin talked more about the impressive labor of love.
“It’s a happy place,” she described. She also claimed that the fellow residents of Laurel feel really invested in the town and in rebuilding. But that kind of love transcends Laurel. After all, it wouldn’t be a successful TV show if only the people from one town tuned in. Napier says there’s a certain appeal to anyone who cares about the community.
“[The viewers] feel invested in Laurel and the story here. And I think they see something universal that maybe applies to where they’re from, too,” she explained.
Additionally, they really try and renovate homes for all types of people from first-time homeowners to larger families to older adults. That “reliability” factor is also a huge draw. The show is also really popular amongst the “do it yourself” audience looking for design inspiration.
Ben handles the hands-on building portion of the projects. Meanwhile, Erin works tirelessly to bring interiors to life in a way that fits each client’s unique needs.
If you want to check out Home Town for yourself, the show airs on HGTV.
