As usual, fans of Law & Order: Organized Crime are wondering what is up with Elliot Stabler and Olivia Benson. The will they won’t they are killing viewers. However, that has been a constant since the early days of SVU.

Now, with Organized Crime and SVU heading for a big crossover episode, fans are asking some questions about the Benson/Stabler relationship. The Richard Wheatley trial is hanging heavy over the heads of both characters. Of course, Stabler is invested. But a clip showed the two holding hands in the car, talking about sticking together through whatever may come. It looks like an intense moment.

So, of course, fans over at Reddit are talking and trying to find answers. One user asked the questions, “How do you see Elliot and Olivia’s relationship progressing in the crossover?” They then listed a number of options for other users to vote on. The answers were as follows: An adult conversation, Olivia finally vocalizing her feelings, a kiss (or maybe more?), Some combination of the above, It’s probably not even their hands, you naive fool, and other.

Over 350 users voted in the poll. There seem to be two clear answers with a third likely scenario. The top answer was the pessimistic one. “It’s probably not even their hands,” although I’m not so sure about that. 105 voted that option. Then, 97 votes went to “Some combination of the above.” In third, was “an adult conversation.” After all these years, Law & Order: Organized Crime fans are not getting their hopes up.

Many viewers responded with similar sentiments. They are tired of, “feeling yanked around,” according to one comment. That’s fair. Law & Order: Organized Crime needs to make something real happen or just stop teasing fans at this point.

‘Law & Order: Organized Crime’ Brings Back Richard Wheatley

One of the best bad guys in Law & Order right now has to be Richard Wheatley. His return to Law & Order: Organized Crime is making fans excited. Setting the Stabler/Benson drama aside, there is a lot to look forward to with the crossover.

Dylan McDermott, who plays Wheatley, makes the character come to life. The killer gangster is going to have his day in court and a familiar face will be defending him. Former ADA Barba is back, except he has changed his career path and has his eyes focused on this big case.

Wheatley has enlisted the help of Barba and Law & Order: Organized Crime is going to get interesting. Fans are going to love the courtroom dramatics that is coming. Hopefully, something more happens between Benson and Stabler, or they at least set those teasers to the side for a bit.
