One thing we know about the characters on “Law & Order: Organized Crime” is that they’re all out for themselves. That especially applies to the Wheatleys. The “Organized Crime” Instagram page recently posted a photo of Tamara Taylor as Angela Wheatley, captioning it, “Everyone has their own agenda on #OrganizedCrime.”

Angela definitely has an agenda, we just don’t know what it is yet. She’s faking a slew of physical disabilities, and Stabler knows it. But what is she getting out of it? Sympathy? Or is she planning something more sinister? She’s also already familiar with their main suspect in a hacking case, Sebastian McClane. She probably knows him through her husband, because, it turns out, Richard Wheatley was behind the hackings and prisoner releases.

Or, at least, Stabler is pretty sure he is. And he’s determined to prove it. So, Angela has her own agenda for faking her lasting injuries. Richard Wheatley has his own agenda for working with McClane and subsequently the FBI. Stabler has his own agenda, and that’s to bring down the Wheatleys. The Wheatleys are extremely powerful, still; how is Stabler going to get close enough to take them down?

Fans were ecstatic in the comments on the post, confessing that they were impressed that Stabler knew Angela was faking. It’s because she caught a glass that almost fell off the table; a woman with her type of injuries wouldn’t have reflexes like that. She’s definitely faking, and Elliot caught her in the act.

‘Law & Order: Organized Crime’: Richard Wheatley Continued to Play His Mind Games

Last night’s episode was full of Wheatley being his smug, arrogant self. Only, now he’s working with the FBI. How does a criminal who was only just on trial for murder worm his way into a position as a “trusted FBI informant”?

Stabler knows something is up, that Wheatley is planning something. Maybe alongside his wife, but it’s possible she has her own thing planned. Either way, Wheatley is scheming. He was behind the prison breakouts and the hacking, and he gave the police exactly what they wanted. Until Stabler figured it out. He just has to prove that Wheatley is up to something.

For a hint as to what Angela is up to, we could go to Tamara Taylor herself. She spoke to TV Insider recently about her character and her relationship with her estranged husband.

“If your husband’s killed your son, and then tries to kill you twice, there’s not much going back,” said Taylor. “I’d be willing to wage a guess that she’d like to see him dead if she could.”

Could Angela be planning to kill her husband? I don’t think it’s as black and white as that. But she definitely could be planning to make his life miserable. One thing remains; could she be too scared of his retaliation to actually wage war against him?
