Is there a better on-screen/off-screen duo than Mariska Hargitay and Chris Meloni on Law & Order: SVU? Outsiders you are going to love this latest example. Hargitay is always quick to give praise to her costar.

On Instagram, the Olivia Benson actress shared a set of pictures from Glamour Magazine’s Woman of the Year Awards. The event celebrates, “game changers, rule breakers, and trailblazers.” Hargitay was being celebrated for her work in television, and the work she does outside of her job.

Her good friend Chris Meloni presented her with the much-deserved award.

“Thank you @chris_meloni for presenting me with the @glamourmag #WOTY award,” the caption read. “Your words were heartfelt, vivacious, funny, generous, inspiring, elegant, honest, direct, and passionate. Thank you #P4L #GlamourWOTY2021 #IDecide.”

The photos were great. Hargitay and Meloni were embracing while on stage and it looked like a wonderful moment between the two long-time friends. It sounds like Meloni gave quite the speech before presenting his costar with the award. There were dozens of supportive replies to the post. This event is dedicated to those women who go above and beyond in their fields and in their life, and that is perfect for Hargitay. She even got a chance to rock the red carpet.

While the relationship off-camera is going great, on-screen, things are heating up. With an inevitable crossover between Law & Order: SVU and Organized Crime, there are a lot of unresolved secrets. One of them being Stabler’s actions while undercover. Fans are awaiting the end of this first story arc this season. The return of one fan-favorite bad guy could be the catalyst that starts all the drama.

‘Law & Order: SVU’ Fans Have Theories

Fans of Law & Order: SVU and Organized Crime love coming up with theories. Especially with the story arc coming to a close in the 8th episode of the season. Anything could happen, and with Richard Wheatly set to return, anything could happen.

Meanwhile, in the Organized Crime world, Elliot Stabler and his undercover operation could be wrapping up. Either on his own terms or on somebody else’s terms. He has already revealed himself to Reggie, who will go into witness protection. However, are Albi and the others onto Stabler? If he is found out, that could mean horrible consequences. He has a family to take care of and they could be in trouble.

Reggie isn’t the only one who knows. Louis also knows that something is up with “Eddie Wagner.”

The case on Law & Order: SVU is never easy. But in the last episode, they were very disturbing. While investigating the disappearance of a sex worker, the team had gone down a rabbit hole that led to quite the finding. A group of missing girls was found sitting at a dinner table, their organs missing.
