Ice-T didn’t drop any plot hints, Thursday, but he still brought the headline. Law & Order: SVU is working another crossover with its sister show, Organized Crime.

Ice-T portrays Fin, who works with Mariska Hargitay’s Olivia Benson on NBC’s longest-running show. The rapper-turned actor posted a photo of a courtroom scene, showing all the crew members setting up the camera shots. It was a perfect, behind-the-scenes snap.

He captioned it: “My View: Thursday afternoon SVU/OC crossover. Season23. And he tagged Wolf Entertainment, which created Law & Order: SVU and Organized Crime.

The Law & Order social media account immediately answered: “Best seat in the house.”

According to Hargitay, Law & Order: SVU turns an episode every eight days. We’re not sure when anything filmed Thursday will appear on the show’s schedule.

However, tonight is episode 501. Here’s the synopsis from NBC: “When a teenage sex worker disappears, Rollins (Kelli Giddis) and Velasco (Octavio Pisano) find a key clue in a pile of neglected missing persons reports.”

Earlier this week, Hargitay got to show off her beauty, values, and brain as part of Glamour Magazine’s women of the year issue. Hargitay shared the article and the cover on her social media. She wore a jewel-tone colored maxi dress. Her hair was swept back in a messy bun. But to bring a relaxed vibe to the photo, Hargitay was barefoot. The photo catches her in motion because the 57-year-old always is moving forward. She’s also a wife and mother of three as well as a champion for sexual assault victims.

‘Law & Order: SVU’ Will Crossover

The Law & Order: SVU star captioned the photo: “Deepest thanks to Glamour Magazine for this honor. I’m grateful and inspired to walk out into the world in the company of such extraordinary women.” The other honorees are Megan Thee Stallion, Amanda Gorman, and Katalin Kariko and the groups Heart of Dinner and Democracy’s Defenders.

Meanwhile, Law & Order: Organized Crime also features a new episode Thursday night. Both shows skipped last Thursday as the World Series dominated the airwaves. The first story arc of season two is hitting its very dramatic stride right now as Elliot Stabler (Christopher Meloni) gets closer to mob leader Jon Kosta. Reggie, Stabler’s friend in the Albanian mob, is in police custody after murdering the wife of a political candidate.

The show’s social media team has tweeted teases. Looks like Stabler brings in Reggie’s mother to try and pressure her son to give up some Kosta info.

Meanwhile, Dylan McDermott confirmed he’s returning to the show, beginning with the Dec. 9 episode. He portrays Richard Wheatley.

“Are you ready for mayhem?” McDermott posted on social media, promising, “It will be worth the wait.”

We know fans can’t wait for when their favorites Law & Order: SVU and Law & Order: Organized Crime cross paths again. Keep it with Outsider for more details.
