Fans of Little House on the Prairie are quite familiar with Alison Arngrim, who played the despicable Nellie. So, what is Arngrim’s net worth?

Outsiders, let’s check that out through Celebrity Net Worth.

The website lists it as $400,000. Arngrim was born in New York City and was on the NBC family drama from 1974-82.

Nellie Oleson always found a way to stir up trouble. Sometimes it was with the kids at school; other times it was mixing it up with Laura Ingalls, played by Melissa Gilbert.

Arngrim received a Former Child Star Lifetime Achievement Award in 2002 from the Young Artist Awards for Little House on the Prairie. After her days on the prairie ended, the actress appeared in The Love Boat, Fantasy Island, and even Match Game-Hollywood Squares Hour.

The actress shares her thoughts about her career in Confessions of a Prairie B**ch: How I Survived Nellie Oleson and Learned to Love Being Hated in 2010. Film work includes Throw Out the Anchor!, The Last Place on Earth, Le deal, and Make the Yuletide Gay.

Landon Almost Drowns ‘Little House on the Prairie’ Actress Arngrim

Alison Arngrim was almost drowned by Michael Landon? Pa Ingalls would not do this at all.

Well, there’s some truth to this. Nellie gets pranked in a scene. Laura gets revenge on Nellie by spiking her food with cayenne pepper. This leads to Arngrim chugging a whole glass of water.

Arngrim recalled that she started chugging water “and I just couldn’t quite get it all down.”

She recalled Landon saying, “No, no, don’t cut. Fill her glass back up. Start again, keep rolling… You have to chug the whole thing. It’s too good, it’s too funny.”

Arngrim said, “And I’m like I can’t, and he goes, ‘Yes, you can.’ I start to chug it, and as I’m chugging it, my eyeballs are coming out of my head.”

TV Star Remembers Getting ‘Has Been’ Tag As A 12-Year-Old Actor

A has-been at 12 years old? Arngrim recalls hearing that in her career. Meanwhile, she also recalls a solid twist to the story.

AFter that, Arngrim talks about this process years after it has happened.

“I had just started junior high, and I had been auditioning,” she said. Meanwhile, Arngrim said, “I had done a movie when I was 10, and it was actually funny because I hadn’t worked since the movie. (And) I was being told that my career wasn’t going anywhere.

“And I was a has-been at 12.”

Arngrim gets the Little House role when she was, you guessed it, 12 years old.

In conclusion, fans of the show keep watching Nellie do no good around the town. They also will cheer when she gets caught.
