Well Outsiders, it’s the new year and you know what that means. It’s that time of year when everyone hits the gym to work on themselves. After all, there’s nothing better than seeing fitness results, especially when you want that perfect summer body. With that being said, Mark Wahlberg and his daughter’s boyfriend bond over their gains at the gym. Who do you think has more strength?
Recently, Wahlberg decided to workout with his daughter, Ella Rae Wahlberg’s, 18-year-old boyfriend, and they had a blast. Even though a father is normally protective over their girls, this one found their new gym partner. In addition, Wahlberg took the news to Instagram a few hours ago.
“Ella is a lucky girl and I’m a lucky dad! He is a great young man. #municipal #MunicipalPartner.”
In the clip, you will find Mark Wahlberg at the gym wearing workout clothes and gloves. Also, he has a special message for his fans on the reason he started working out.
“Alright, I used to workout to keep the boys away from my girls,” he said in an Instagram video. “Now I’m working out with the boyfriend. Imagine that. Self-made.”
Also, they are seen wearing the same T-shirt. Now if that doesn’t say goals, I’m not sure what does.
Overall, it’s always funny how things change. But I’m sure Wahlberg is glad they did. Wouldn’t you want to work out with your son or daughter’s significant other?
Every parent has to go through watching their children grow up. Even the well-known actor, Mark Wahlberg, had to go through it. How strict do you think he was with his daughter around boys?
How Strict Mark Wahlberg Was on His Daughter With the Dating Life
As you all are aware, a dad’s main priority is keeping his daughters safe. So, Mark Wahlberg’s mission was to keep his own daughter away from the toxic boys. However, Ella is now older and growing more into the relationship phase. For all the dads out there, I’m sure it’s hard seeing your daughter grow up. Am I right? Even though Wahlberg is acting tough through this transition, it’s possible that he misses the good old days. Unfortunately, not everything lasts forever.
Additionally, Wahlberg likes to think that the younger boys are terrified of him. Is this the case, though?
In an interview from 2018 with PEOPLE, Wahlberg describes what it’s like raising a teenage girl.
“It’s tough, but people say that they pass through it and they come back to you.”
At this age, most teenagers want to go off and be independent. Moreover, they think they’re strong enough to handle themselves without their parents telling them what to do. As a result, a lot of aggressive arguments spark.
At the end of the day, they won’t be mad at you forever. It just takes some time for them to realize.
