Go out on a hike and sometimes those muscles are going to hurt. Well, NCIS star Diona Reasonover definitely is feeling the pain.

Reasonover, who plays Special Agent Kasie Hines on the CBS drama, sent this out on Instagram on Monday.

While it depends on how much Reasonover hiked, the mere fact that she’s saying everything hurts? Have mercy.

She started her time on NCIS as a recurring character in Season 15. She then joined in Season 16 as a full-time cast member.

What, though, are the fans saying after seeing this photo?

One writes, “this is so relatable hahahah”. Another says, “This is giving off human sunshine I love it”.

An NCIS fan and Reasonover follower states, “You are a fighter pain goes away… eventually”.

Eventually, it sure does.

And we put a bow on this part of our article with this follower’s writing: “I hope it was still worth it”.

NCIS airs on Monday nights at 9 p.m. Eastern, 8 p.m. Central, on CBS. The show has been through some changes this season. Yes, it moved from Tuesday nights to Mondays. Also, Mark Harmon stepped away from playing Leroy Jethro Gibbs.

Will he return at some point? We do not know, Outsiders. But there definitely are a number of fans hoping that Harmon will come back for one more turn as Gibbs.

‘NCIS’ Star, Cast Member Landed Role On TV Drama: Here’s How

Sometimes, the path to a role takes a unique trip. This is true for the NCIS star.

For Diona Reasonover, the path was complicated.

The actress auditioned just after having knee surgery. Reasonover auditioned while on crutches.

She was taking over for Pauley Perrette.

Reasonover joined in Season 16. NCIS fans can get real stingy when it comes to saying bye-bye to a favorite actor and character.

Reasonover says, though, that she felt the support of the fan base.

“I was really worried coming into a show that was already established,” she says in an interview with TV Insider in 2018. “People know [the series] and people love it. To be coming in as the new person in this dynamic is really hard.”

Now, Reasonover did have a role in the CBS Diversity Showcase.

The actress says it was a major reason she was able to get on NCIS. The actor said that the writers of the Showcase would bring in new material each day and she had to learn to adapt very quickly.

But adapt she did and then landed a role on one of television’s most amazing hourlong dramas. Watch for Reasonover to keep growing and maturing in her role on NCIS.
