‘NCIS’: Everything To Know About Delilah Fielding Actress Margo Harshman

During its nineteen seasons on air, NCIS has introduced quite a few guest-starring characters. Some of these characters show up for one or two episodes never to be seen again. Others turn into regular characters on the cast.

Still, others maintain their guest-starring spots through multiple seasons. Becoming a character that fans are drawn to despite not being listed as a main NCIS cast member.

One example of a regular guest star on the tremendously popular CBS investigative series is Margo Harshman’s character, Delilah Fielding.

Since the eleventh season of NCIS, Harshman’s Fielding has been a familiar face.

Over the years, Delilah Fielding has had some big parts in some major storylines being the wife of NCIS Agent Timothy McGee.

Margo Harshman first appeared on NCIS as Delilah in the 2013 episode titled Whiskey Tango Foxtrot. The character, however, was first mentioned a few months prior to this appearance.

While Delilah Fielding-McGee may be a familiar face on NCIS, so is the actress who portrays her, Margo Harshman. But, where exactly have we seen her before?

‘NCIS’ Guest Star Started On Television Years Before

Over the years, Margo Harshman has been featured in a variety of successful television shows; and even a few successful films.

The thirty-five-year-old actress portrayed Tawny Dean on the hit 2000s tween and teen hit Even Stevens.

The NCIS actress also portrayed Sheldon Cooper’s assistant inThe Big Bang Theory. Harshman’s Alex Jensen was a regular guest star in the popular CBS sitcom’s sixth season. In total, the actress was featured on The Big Bang Theory in four episodes.

The NCIS actress even won an award for her portrayal of Tawny Dean in the 2003 hit Even Stevens Movie.

For this role, the Even Stevens actress won the award for Best Performance by a Supporting Young Actress in a TV Movie, Miniseries, or Special.

Additionally, Margo Harshman won the award for Best Supporting Young Actress in a TV Series (Comedy or Drama) for her portrayal of the same character, Tawny Dean. But this time it was for her portrayal of the character in the television series.

Trying Out the Thriller Genre

In 2009 the NCIS actress went on to the thriller genre starring in Sorority Row. The actress plays Chugs, one of a group of sorority sisters who realize a serial killer is stalking them. This is after they attempt to cover up a death that resulted from a prank gone wrong.

The actress and her Sorority Row castmates all received the ShoWest’s Female Stars of Tomorrow Award in 2009 for their roles in the film.
