NCIS star Sean Murray has played Special Agent Timothy McGee for a long time on the CBS drama. Yet his nicknames draw fans’ interest.

Murray’s character has had different partners on the streets, among them Tony DiNozzo, played by Michael Weatherly.

Well, Outsiders, let’s take a look at this thread from Reddit. It’s titled, “Favorite McGee Nickname [sic]?”

A fan writes, “They are just so plentiful. It doesn’t even have to be a McNickname. I’m talking, McGoo, Tiny Tim, Elf Lord, Probie, McProbie, Probalicious, or any other fantastical variation in between.”

‘NCIS’ Fans Seem To Like McGee Nicknames Like ‘Probie Wan Kenobi’ and ‘McFlower Power’

Another fan follows up and says, “Elf lord [sic]. It was funny that Gibbs called him that more than Tony”.

Then, an NCIS fan says, “Probie Wan Kenobi”. Another nickname favorite? “McGeek!” which earns a reply, “One of the original McNicknames!!”

We have another one right here. “I always got a kick out of “McProbius.” A fan replies, “That’s a fun one, do you know what episode it was used in?”

And here’s an NCIS fan with a fine nickname fave: “McFlower Power”. This, in turn, receives this reply: “Special Agent Anthony DiNozzo: Take a look at the blood drips on the wall. It’s a little Jackson Pollock, but notice anything? Special Agent Timothy McGee: They’re emanating from a central point. Special Agent Anthony DiNozzo: Step off, McFlower-Power.”

If you want to catch NCIS, then tune in to CBS on Mondays at 9 p.m. Eastern, 8 p.m. Central. The show moved this season from its longtime Tuesday night timeslot to offer a little boost to the spinoff NCIS: Hawai’i, starring Vanessa Lachey.

Sean Murray Offers Some Musical Knowledge With Favorite Album For 2021

Murray kept himself busy this year with not only acting but listening to some rad music.

Which album did the NCIS actor claim as his favorite one?

His pick is via Twitter is “‘CALL ME IF YOU GET LOST’ by Tyler, the Creator.”

The NCIS star loves Tyler, the Creator. He also is a fan of rap music, too. Murray discusses five more fave albums on the Greatest Music of All Time podcast. Among them are Jay-Z’s The Blueprint and Outkast’s ATLiens.

In an interview with Forbes, Murray says, “I’m basically a music nerd, especially when it comes to electronic music. Music has always meant so much to me.

“I had a cousin who was in a speed metal band in the ’80s,” Murray says. “He introduced me to Metallica when I was a young kid. Ride the Lightning, Master of Puppets, and Justice for All are the magic of true old-school Metallica.”
