Vanessa Lachey shares a clip of her husband in the kitchen. Should the singer replace his microphone with a kitchen knife?

“NCIS: Hawai’i” star Vanessa Lachey loves cooking for her family. Her new book “Life from Scratch: Family Traditions That Start With You” is a collection of stories and recipes perfect for the whole family. To promote the book, the Lachey family joins Sebastian Maniscalco on the Discovery+ show “Well Done With Sebastian.”

The new episode shows the couple’s skills in the kitchen. Alongside Maniscalco and his wife, Vanessa and Nick make a dish for family dinner. The “NCIS: Hawai’i” star shares a clip on Instagram of her husband chopping parsley.

“Sebastian, this is the first time I’ve ever seen my husband cut parsley,” Vanessa Lachey says. Chopping the greens with his left hand too close to the blade, her husband’s inexperience in the kitchen shows. Sebastian Maniscalco is concerned.

“Nick, a finger is gonna come off the way you’ve got your fingers” the Discovery+ show host says. The 98 Degrees singer laughs and asks how he is supposed to chop the parsley.

“Aren’t you worried?” Maniscalco asks the “NCIS: Hawai’i” star. Her response is hilarious.

“He doesn’t need his fingers to work. Just don’t cut your voice,” she says.

Luckily, Vanessa Lachey has enough passion and cooking expertise to provide to her whole family. Fans can watch the couple’s full episode of “Well Done With Sebastian Maniscalco” on Discovery+.

When Will New Episodes of “NCIS: Hawai’i” Air?

“NCIS: Hawai’i” is in its first season, but viewers are enjoying the reboot. Thanks to the holiday season, the show is undergoing a long hiatus. However, fans can expect the series to return on January 3rd, 2022.

So what comes next? The episode description is intriguing to say the least. It states that “NCIS crosses paths with Whistler’s team while investigating a shipping container filled with contraband weapons; Tennant debates arresting Alex’s friend’s dad, knowing it will cause her friend to move away.” From these short details, we can tell that the remaining episodes of Season 1 will give us some intense conflicts. Vanessa Lachey is proud to be playing a character with so many layers.

“They don’t just show [Jane Tennant] sitting behind a desk,” Lachey says. “She’s out there and, yes, she asks her team to help out. She’s [all about] love of country and love of family, so I love that I get to bring that to the screen for everyone to watch.”

While we are still unsure if “NCIS: Hawai’i” will get renewed for a second season, us Outsiders are excited to see what happens next.
