NCIS: Los Angeles star Renee Felice Smith just spotted bigfoot. Well, not the actual bigfoot. But she did spot a pretty awesome bigfoot decal on the back of a pickup truck.

Renee Felice Smith is best known for her role in the military drama NCIS: Los Angeles. There she plays the character of Nell Jones. She has been a part of the series since 2010.

Now, there are a lot of interesting things about Smith that even the most diehard NCIS: Los Angeles fans might not know. Take for example that the now 36-year-old first got her acting start in a Dannon Yogurt commercial back in 1991 when she was only six. Or that in 2012, she began co-creating a children’s book series that is based on her French Bulldog, Hugo. Along with her partner, Chris Gabriel, they released the picture book entitled, “Hugo and the Impossible Thing,” in March 2021.

On Monday evening though, Renee Felice Smith gave her fans something else that was interesting. This time it was in the form of a social media post. The actress uploaded a photo of a truck that was driving in front of her. And on the back of the person’s truck was a hilarious decal of bigfoot laying down and petting a raccoon. Take a look down below:

“This is a decal on the back of someone’s pick-up. Much respect,” Smith captioned the photo.

Recent Bigfoot Sighting Around the United States

Even though the NCIS: Los Angeles star only spotted a bigfoot decal, there have been plenty of other reported bigfoot sightings around the country. As a matter of fact, there have been more bigfoot sightings this summer than any time in recent memory.

The latest took place near Remer, Minnesota, back on July 26. The 388 people who call Remer home actually call it the “Home of Bigfoot.” The Minnesota Bigfoot Research Team posted information to their Facebook page, stating that the encounter happened around 9:15 p.m. The post explained that it was the driver of a semi-truck who had spotted the creature in the middle of the road. He described what he saw as, “10 feet tall and black.”

Reading more about the town and people of Remer, Minnesota, they are almost as interesting as bigfoot itself. Not only do they have their very own research team, but they also host a Minnesota Bigfoot Conference every year. The sightings in Remer date all the way back to the late 1800s. It took a while for everyone to believe the sightings until they started to happen more and more frequently.

It would actually make sense if Renee Felice Smith spotted the bigfoot decal while driving through Minnesota. But as of right now it’s unclear where the NCIS: Los Angeles saw the bigfoot-themed truck.
