The “NCIS: Los Angeles” is in full gear for season 13.

The new season started on October 10 with an action-packed series premiere. Now, fans can get excited for a new episode titled “Fukushu,” which will feature two guest stars — Christopher Sean and Cary-Hiroyuki Tagawa.

Sean will be playing LAPD RHD Detective Jack Tanaka. Meanwhile, Tagawa will portray Craig Tanaka for the episode.

So, who are these new guest hosts that made an appearance in Sunday night’s episode?

Episode Two of Season 13

Well, the synopsis of CBS is helping shine just a little bit of light onto the situation. “NCIS takes the case personally when an LAPD officer’s father, a beloved elderly Japanese American veteran, is the victim of a vicious hate crime.”

The team specifically focused on a heinous hate crime against someone beloved in the city. This is a topic that will possibly hit close to home for a lot of viewers, seeing as it is a particularly hot topic right now.

This brand new episode also featured the return of one of the most popular characters to ever appear on “NCIS: Los Angeles,” Hetty Lange. Both CIA Agent Joelle and the informant Zasha Gargarin will make an appearance as well.

Who are these New ‘NCIS: Los Angeles’ Actors?

There’s going to be a lot going on during these first few episodes of the popular procedural drama. On top of dealing with the hate crime, the team will also continue to be busy dealing with former Admiral Killbride and his evil ways.

Here’s a look into the actors, which will be one less thing to do while paying attention to the show.

Christopher Sean is a popular face in the TV world. According to his IMDb page, fans will most likely recognize him for his role as Paul Narita on “Days of Our Lives.” He had a big role in the series and appeared for a total of 239 episodes.

You may also recognize him for his role as Gabriel Waincroft in “Hawaii Five-0” or as Brandon on the very popular Netflix original series, “You.” He’s also had several gigs as a voice actor, including in the game “Gotham Knights.”

As for Cary-Hiroyuki Tagawa, he is most known as Shang Tsung on “Mortal Kombat.” Other films and TV credits listed on IMDb include “License to Kill,” “The Man in the High Castle,” “Revenge,” “Lost in Space,” and “Planet of the Apes” from 2001

Both made a pretty stellar addition to episode number two of this season of “NCIS: Los Angeles.”

In addition to these two new guests, fans are also sadly mourning the death of a popular recurring character on “NCIS: Los Angeles.”

Ravil Isyanov played Anatoli Kirkin on the popular series. The actor died after a long battle with an illness at the age of 59.
