‘NCIS: Los Angeles’ Star Eric Christian Olsen’s Daughter Is His Wife’s ‘Mini-Me’

NCIS: Los Angeles star Eric Christian Olsen’s daughter is his Wife’s “mini-me” in an adorable new photo posted to Instagram. Olsen and his wife, Sara Wright, have three children together. In the photo posted by Wright, she’s holding her youngest, Winter.

“Mini me? Or mini dada?” she wrote in the new pic. Most fans are in agreement that she’s a mini her.

Like Eric Christian Olsen, Sara Wright is an actress. She has credits in House Bunny, Walk of Shame, American Made, Spinning Out, and Parks & Recreation. Wright and Olsen love posting photos of their family.

When Eric Christian Olsen isn’t with his family, he’s busy filming NCIS: Los Angeles. He’s been on the show since it started. His character was never intended to be one of the main ones, but fans liked him so much that production brought him on full time.

A show like NCIS: Los Angeles is a huge production, but that doesn’t mean they didn’t have full support when one of Olsen’s co-starts wanted to step away for a year to do a play. In one interview, Eric Olsen praised his co-star and the production team for how everything played out.

Eric Christian Olsen Loves that Barrett Foa Took a Break From ‘NCIS: Los Angeles’ for ‘Angels in America’

When Barrett Foa, who played Eric Beale until leaving the show last year, wanted to take a break from the show to be in Angels in America, Eric Olsen missed him on set, but was proud of his buddy.

Angels in America is one of my favorite plays,” Olsen said in a 2019 interview with Cartermatt. “For him to do that deep dive on that kind of work and come back… it’s a life experience. You come back and that plays out in everything else we do. Those kinds of opportunities, and that CBS and [R. Scott Gemmill] and [John Peter Kousakis] our writers gave him the opportunity to go do that, are so human. It’s such a wonderful example of humanity.”

And when it was time for Barrett Foa to go for good, R. Scott Gemill understood. Barrett Foa and Renee Felice Smith both said goodbye to the series in the finale episode. The characters both decided to leave the team to pursue their dreams in Tokyo. It’s ironically similar to the reasons both of the actors wanted to leave: new adventures, different projects.

Thankfully, Eric Christian Olsen and the rest of the NCIS: Los Angeles cast are still manning the ship for the 13th season. If you want to watch the show as it airs, you can tune in to CBS on Sunday Nights.
