‘NCIS: Los Angeles’ Stars Deliver a ‘Very Pressing Message’ Ahead of Season 13

by Joe Rutland

When you know that a pressing message has been sent by the cast of “NCIS: Los Angeles,” then you better heed that call and listen.

The spin-off from the “NCIS” franchise that stars Chris O’Donnell, LL Cool J, Daniela Ruah, and Eric Christian Olsen, released this on the show’s Instagram account.

Outsiders, let’s take a look and see what they’re saying.

If you could not tell, that was Olsen and Ruah making sure we all knew that Season 13 started this Sunday night.

A new season of “NCIS: Los Angeles” kicks off at 9 p.m. Eastern, 8 p.m. Central, on CBS.

‘NCIS: Los Angeles’ Will Feature More Hetty Lange as Actress Is Back On Set

Outsiders who watch the show religiously can expect a regular dose of Hetty this season. Linda Hunt, who plays Hetty Lange, had some of her shots for the show last season done at her home. The reason was, like so many things, because of the COVID-19 protocols.

But the show is rocking and rolling into Season 13. Now this season will be interesting as two other “NCIS” shows, the OG “NCIS” and “NCIS: Hawai’i,” are now on Monday nights. This, in a way, allows all three shows to possibly pull off a crossover between them.

Anyway, “NCIS: Los Angeles” comes back and fans can get ready to watch another season.

The CBS drama definitely is picking up the intrigue between G Callen and Hetty. Callen is shown in another clip advancing the new season

He is having a conversation with his “NCIS” partner Sam.

“My whole life, I have been searching for who I am,” Callen said. “And just when I thought I knew, this comes out.”

Hetty then is shown saying “the truth is a fickle thing.”

What is going on? And here’s Sam, giving his partner a warning: “You go down this rabbit hole, G, you might not like what you find.”

This episode description for “Subject 17” follows: “While Callen suspects Hetty of keeping secrets about his past and Joelle surfaces in her quest to capture Katya, NCIS must track down an informant whose life is in danger. Also, Kensi and Deeks work to expand their family.”

Joelle, Callen’s ex-girlfriend played by Elizabeth Bogush, returns. Olesya Rulin, who plays Zasha, will appear in “Subject 17,” too.

“NCIS: Los Angeles” has been one of the franchise’s most successful spin-offs. The fact that it is entering the 13th season is a credit to the show’s actors and fellow cast and crew.
