Ooh, fans of the now-canceled “NCIS: New Orleans” are venting and not happy with the latest franchise show, “NCIS: Hawai’i.”
These fans are expressing themselves all over social media, too. Facebook, Twitter, and other platforms can find “NCIS: New Orleans” viewers ranting. They want star Scott Bakula and other cast members on their TVs ASAP.
An article from Cinema Blend is highlighting the complaints.
“Terrible!! Cast has NO chemistry and acting is awful!” one fan expressed displeasure after the premiere episode of “NCIS: Hawai’i.” “This is what they cancelled NCIS New Orleans for? Loved NoLA. Will not watch anymore of this one. Too painful. Ugh! The woman who replaced Les Moonves does NOT know what she’s doing. One terrible flop after another while cancelling great shows like All Rise.”
That fan is aiming all the ire at CBS President Susan Zirinsky, who took over for Moonves.
‘NCIS: New Orleans’ Fan Definitely Did Not Like Premiere Episode Of New Series
Another “NCIS” fan chirped up about some things that didn’t sit well.
“I sure hope this show gets better! Hawaii is the reason I gave it a chance,” the fan said. “The acting is so bad. The whole time it did not flow. NCIS is great! (And) NCIS LA is good. NCIS New Orleans was so good why did [you] stop this show. Need writers & directors [to] improve!!
“Some one needs [to] give acting lessons [to] the cast,” this fan continued. “Go look at all the other shows that take place in Hawaii that were on CBS & one that still is. Also as a woman I was looking forward [to] the boss being a woman. But she is not very good. Many many other actual artist/actors could have been cast!!”
These comments were toward Vanessa Lachey, who plays Special Agent in Charge Jane Tennant on “NCIS: Hawai’i.”
One fan wants more old-school “Hawaii Five-O.”
Viewer Admits To Loving ‘All Things Hawaii’ But New Show Does Not Look Good
“I love all things Hawaii, but this show just is not cutting it,” the fan wrote. “The acting is bad and the lead is not holding the show together. Not impressed. Would much rather watch re-runs of Hawaii 5-O. Won’t be watching again.”
A fan wants “Hawaii Five-O” back as well as “NCIS: New Orleans.”
“Unfortunately, I wasn’t impressed,” the fan wrote on Twitter. “It was boring. I missed Steve and Danny!… Hawaii Five-0 was so much better! It’s hard to believe this is part of the NCIS franchise #BringbackNCISNewOrleans!!!”
Well, it appears a number of these viewers want changes made or else. What we do know is “NCIS: Hawai’i” will be back again on Monday at 10 p.m. Eastern, 9 p.m. Central. It follows a new “NCIS” at 9 p.m. Eastern, 8 p.m. Central.
