Always one to inspire and give a pep talk, Sylvester Stallone used a piece by Andy Warhol to get his fans motivated today.

Stallone might not be the young man he once was, but he is still doing his thing. The actor will star in the next Expendables movie. He is probably the most in shape 75 year old out there. And, he keeps inspiring others with his great attitude and wise words.

Over on Instagram, Stallone posed with a great piece of art. As he says in the caption, “it’s pretty self-explanatory.” Check out the post below and see for yourself.

“This is an art object done by the famous artist Andy Warhol,” Sylvester Stallone said in the caption. “I think it’s pretty self-explanatory.”

The art piece says to “Be a somebody with a body.” Featuring a muscled-up man straight out of a 1950s gym ad. Of course, Stallone is all about fitness and healthy living. He has made quite a career as the strong action star from Rocky to Expendables and everything in between.

One of his future projects is going to be as the star in Kansas City. Yet another Taylor Sheridan series coming to your screens soon.

Taylor Sheridan Series Announcement

When Kansas City hits screens Sylvester Stallone will star as Sal. He’s a New York City mobster, living in the Missouri city. It seems the 75-year-old Italian will trade in New York pizza for midwest barbecue. With over 50 years of experience in Hollywood, this could be a highlight of his later career.

Taylor Sheridan has started to build a reputation and continues to expand his television universe. He seems to be a one-man content machine and continues to impress with each new series. While Stallone has been a movie star for decades, he hasn’t been a star on the small screen much.

Stallone seems very excited to work with Sheridan. And David C. Glasser of 101 Studios is very excited to see the two work together as well.

“Taylor is a prolific creator because of the multi-dimensional characters he creates and the complex worlds he builds,” Glasser said. “To be able to have eth legendary, transcendent Sylvester Stallone playing one of these characters is truly a privilege… We are thrilled that ViacomCBS has partnered with us to help tell this story.”

Sylvester Stallone Character Built in One Weekend

Now, if this isn’t further proof that Sheridan is a content-making machine, I don’t know what is. Sylvester Stallone’s character Sal was created in just one weekend. From just a small idea to a pilot written in just a couple of days.

The story poured out in just 45 minutes directly from Sheridan’s mouth. He broke it down to Glasser and two days later had the script. The whole thing was written with Stallone in mind. It should be another hit.
