On Tuesday (October 26th), The Brady Bunch star Maureen McCormick takes to Instagram to post a throwback snapshot of her daughter, Natalie, in celebration of “Pumpkin Day.”
“Happy #NationalPumpkinDay,” The Brady Bunch star captioned the pic, which featured her daughter standing in front of a door with pumpkins on it.
Days before she shared the adorable picture of Natalie, McCormick posted a sweet tribute to her The Brady Bunch dad, Robert Reed. “Happy Heavenly Birthday to one of my biggest crushes ever! Love you Bob.”
The sweet post featured a picture of McCormick and Reed on the set of The Brady Bunch. Reed passed away from colon cancer on May 12, 1992. He was 59-years-old at the time. McCormick’s followers also shared their admiration for the post. One follower wrote, “one of America’s best tv Dads.”
Another follower went on to add, “Such a great photo and has always been one of my favourites. Happy Heavenly Birthday, Robert Reed we all love and miss you.”
McCormick previously spoke about how she pays tribute to her late The Brady Bunch dad. “I have a real love for gardening and gardens and being outdoors,” McCormick stated to Closer Weekly in 2019. “Bob had a beautiful place in Pasadena and the most beautiful rose gardens.”
McCormick then said that her backyard is filled with roses now and she always thinks about Reed.

During a 2019 interview with Closer Weekly, Maureen McCormick shared more detail about the relationship she had with her The Brady Bunch mom, Florence Henderson. “The biggest life lesson I have learned came from Florence,” McCormick stated. “And that was, being able to find joy like in a big way.”
McCormick further explained that she spent a lot of time with her The Brady Bunch co-star before Florence passed in 2016 at the age of 82. “And I truly believe she taught me so much about finding joy and I feel such joy again in my life. You know I’ve gone through so many different things in my life. But yeah, pretty amazing.”
The Brady Bunch star also spoke about the other life lessons she learned throughout the years. “Be around positive, good people that lift you up. That don’t tear you down. But just want to nurture you and you want to nurture them. And you all work together.”
McCormick then shared that she believes that inclusion for everyone is a huge life lesson. “And one thing, my father always told me was to find the love and to look for the love in each and every human being.”
