What type of TV movie can it be when The Brady Bunch stars Barry Williams and Christopher Knight team up? Well, it will be funny.

Williams and Knight, who played TV brothers on the ABC family sitcom, show up in a new Christmas-themed flick called People Presents: Blended Christmas.

This airs on Sunday night at 8 p.m. Eastern, 7 p.m. Central, on Lifetime.

Before it shows up, though, Knight posted a clip from the movie where he and Williams have speaking parts. Take a look at this bit from Blended Christmas.

Knight and Williams are not the only cast members from The Brady Bunch showing up in this movie.

Mike Lookinland and Susan Olsen also have parts, too.

Williams played Greg Brady, while Knight played Peter Brady, Lookinland as Bobby Brady, and Olsen as Cindy Brady.

Yes, Outsiders, it looks like a who’s who from the Brady world.

These actors have been a part of each other’s lives for five-plus decades. The Brady Bunch ran for five seasons between 1969-74 on ABC. Cast members would appear in variety shows and other TV specials over the years.

‘The Brady Bunch’ Star Knight Says Christmas Movies Tapping Into Similar Energy as Show

Being in a show like The Brady Bunch can make actors go nuts because they are not getting roles without being typecast.

Yet Knight can look at Blended Christmas and see where there are some similarities between the movie and TV show.

The actor stopped by to chat with Dr. Mehmet Oz on The Dr. Oz Show recently and chatted about making the Christmas movie.

Knight said that as he looked at it “and we’re doing a Christmas movie, it dawned on me that Christmas time, Santa Claus, and the feeling is very similar to what the Bradys present… year long.”

He said that there is this holiday season “where everybody is cheerful and nicer to one another. And it makes us feel warm and cozy, and good inside. It’s kind of like what The Brady Bunch provides. So in a way, all these Christmas movies are tapping into the same thing.”

Williams Happened To Share What His Feelings Were When Brady House Was Renovated

One element of The Brady Bunch that everyone can remember happens to be the family home,

Fifty years after the show first aired, the home interior happened to be on a soundstage.

But the home in Studio City, Calif., was simply used for exterior shots.

HGTV renovated that house back in 2019 with some help from surviving cast members.

What did Williams think? “It’s nostalgic but sentimental,” he told the New York Post. “It’s extraordinary what (HGTV) did.”
