Music’s sweetest couple is sharing festive news today. Christmas comes early for fans of “The Voice” judges.

Tomorrow is December 1st, and we know what that means. Christmas songs are blaring on the radio again and singers are decking the halls. There is something so comforting about artists singing the holiday classics every year. Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani are joining the fun, but with a twist!

Music’s sweetest couple hosts a holiday-themed episode of the new radio show “From Apple Music With Love.” Shelton and Stefani tell stories about some of their favorite holidays, play their favorite Christmas tunes, and talk about what the holidays mean to them. Their cute banter makes the couple look like long-time radio hosts!

“The holidays, Christmas especially is very important to Gwen and I,”  Shelton says.  “And we both have Christmas albums. You have the way bigger album, but if you don’t mind, I’m going to throw some of my songs from my measly Christmas album.”

Gwen responds with some words of encouragement for her husband.

“You’re an incredible singer, and you sing country music well, but you can sing Christmas music very, very, very well, as well,” Stefani adds.

Fans of “The Voice” are sharing their reactions to the episode. Since its release via Apple Music on Saturday, listeners have been raving over the episode.

“THANK YOU GUYS FOR THIS OMFG” @jennifertrp tweets.

“Halfway through already!! Love u both so much,” @HollabackGx says.

Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani’s Christmas Releases

The country star and pop icon have released a merry number of holiday hits. Stefani’s 2018 record “You Make It Feel Like Christmas” features Shelton on the title track. The album makes it to the 16th position of the Billboard 200 albums chart and is accompanied by her NBC Christmas special, which aired the same year. The deluxe edition of the album is the pop star’s latest release, which was reissued in 2020.

Blake Shelton’s 2012 “Cheers, it’s Christmas” is a record perfect for country music fans. Features on the album include Reba McEntire and Michael Buble. The album makes it to number 44 on the Billboard 200 chart in 2013. While it does not perform as well as Stefani’s album, it adds a new twang to both newer and older holiday tunes.

Both artists are connected with the Hallmark Channel as well. Stefani’s “Here This Christmas” is Hallmark’s 2020 theme song for their annual “Countdown to Christmas.” Shelton is the executive producer of a new Hallmark film. “Time for Them To Come Home For Christmas” is a new movie in this year’s holiday lineup. While this is surprising for fans, Shelton proves himself to be a renaissance man.

The best way to spread Christmas cheer is by singing Shelton and Stefani for all to hear.
