Walmart Cuts Prices on These Pioneer Woman Kitchen Essentials

by Taylor Cunningham

Hey Outsiders, T minus 7 days until Christmas. And if you haven’t found the perfect gift for your favorite home chef, it’s not too late. Walmart has cut the prices of its Pioneer Woman kitchen essentials.

For those of you who don’t know, Pioneer Woman is a cooking show hosted by Lee Drummond. The Food Network star began her southern comfort series back in 2011 and became an instant star—because her recipes are downright delicious.

Since the series debut, Drummond has been making appearances on shows like Good Morning America and The Chew. And her recipes have shown up in magazines such as Woman’s Day, People, and Southern Living.

But you don’t have to be a fan of The Pioneer Woman series to be excited about the sale. Her line is both practical and beautiful. And it’s a coveted line for all cooking enthusiasts, which means the products are often sold out.

Pioneer Woman offers everything from candy-colored knife sets to floral coffee makers with plenty of dinnerware options in between.

Some items, including her vintage tea kettles, have been slashed to only $20. So be sure to snag your essentials before they’re gone.

And if you hurry, you can avoid battling the holiday crowds. Order now, and Walmart will ship everything to your door before Christmas morning.

‘Pioneer Woman’ Ree Drummond Leaned on Her Husband in Big Way After Her Brother’s Passing

Ree Drummond, the chef behind Pioneer Woman, recently lost her older brother. And in an interview, she shared that her husband, Ladd Drummond, has been supporting her as she continues to mourn.

“It isn’t possible to sum up the life of someone as perfectly wonderful as my brother Michael,” Ree told People Magazine. “So, right now I won’t try. He was seventeen months older than me, my first friend and buddy, and I’m so grateful for over 50 years of photos and memories.”

While Ree has been grieving the loss, her husband Ladd has been by her side offering unending support.

And unfortunately, Michael’s passing hasn’t been the only hardship that the Drummonds have faced this year. In March, Ladd was in a near-fatal car crash while driving with his young nephew, Caleb. The accident left Ladd with a broken neck and Caleb in critical condition.

“It’s been a wild adventure,” Ree admitted. “We’ve experienced the joys, pains, ups, downs, triumphs, sadnesses, and unexpected twists and turns.”

Ree and Ladd have been married for 25 years. And Ree believes that both the good and bad times have strengthened their unique bond over the decades.

“That whole ‘love’ thing — the love that deepens, expands, and becomes more firmly rooted over time — is definitely there.”
