If you can count on anything from longtime Wheel of Fortune host Pat Sajak, it would be that he will never run out of his hilarious sense of humor.
Even Pat Sajak knows that this is not the year to dilly dally when it comes to holiday shopping. If you wait until the last minute, you run the risk of going into stores and seeing baren shelves.
That’s right — experts are saying that 2021 will be one of the most stressful shopping seasons in recent memory. A large portion of the blame can be contributed to the COVID-19 pandemic slowing things down. As an example, there have been numerous factory closures across the globe that have forced some popular brands — Nike being one of them — to send warnings about their limited supplies.
So, what is the longtime Wheel of Fortune host doing? Well, he’s getting ahead of the game like always. He took to social media on Tuesday evening to update his fans on his Christmas shopping plans.
“Holiday shopping very early, just in case of shortages,” Sajak wrote on Twitter. “Finished Christmas, 2021 today. Starting Christmas 2022 tomorrow.”
In typical fashion for Wheel of Fortune fans, they found Sajak’s latest post to be both relatable and hilarious.
“Finished my Christmas shopping yesterday,” one fan said. “Running into a problem of where to store the loot until after Thanksgiving Feels good to be done with it. Stores were already a little light on items.”
Meanwhile, other fans of the show couldn’t help but to make some wisecracks of their own back to Pat Sajak. They left replies like “It’s never too early to start 2023 Christmas shopping!” and “I’m already stockpiling Egg Nogg for 2023. Never can be too sure.”
Another Wheel of Fortune fan had to make a reference to the show.
“Did you buy any vowels?” they joked.
