As the newest episode of Wheel of Fortune came to a close, hosts Pat Sajak and Vanna White hilariously joked that she’d be singing the Hamilton soundtrack.

There’s been a handful of changes to the popular game show as the new season recently kicked off. Before tonight’s show finished up, the famous hosts kidded around about White performing songs on set as part of the changes to the game long-running game show. We think the legendary hostess would be a great addition to the hit Broadway play, but it seems to be all in jest unfortunately.

Previous to bidding viewers goodbye tonight, the famous duo had some fun with their outro.

“Well, if you haven’t seen the show this season yet, a lot of exciting changes. At the end of every show, Vanna does a song. What are you doing tonight, Vanna?” Wheel of Fortune host Pat Sajak asked.

“Ummm, the soundtrack from Hamilton,” Vanna White amusingly answered.

“That’ll be great, we look forward to it,” Sajak responded. “We’ll see you later.”

The game show’s Instagram account even tagged the Broadway musical in their post. Maybe Hamilton playwright and actor Lin-Manuel Miranda will see it and give White an audition. It’s not likely, but it’s still a fun thought to think of Vanna going from Hollywood to Broadway.

@hamiltonmusical, we’ve got your next star right here!” Wheel of Fortune joked on Instagram.

‘Wheel of Fortune’ Host ‘Afraid of a Viewer Revolt’ Over Game Show’s Major Change

Speaking of changes to Wheel of Fortune this season, Pat Sajak recently addressed one minor change to gameplay with the help of his daughter, Maggie Sajak. He joked that fans may “revolt” once they realize what’s different.

The show shared a video called “No More Final Spin For Pat!” where Sajak opens up about the change. The title is kind of self-explanatory. But in case you need a refresher, Sajak has always spun the wheel for the final round. For decades, as the studio chime goes off, it signals that regular rounds of play are done. The host would then grab the wheel himself and spin one final time. However, whichever contestant is at the wheel as the chime goes off will now spin the wheel for the final round.

“The reason [for the change] is, honestly, I’ve never liked the idea of imposing the host on the game. That always bothered me a little bit. We finally got to talking. We said, ‘Look, someone’s spinning the wheel anyway. We’ll save time…So the final spin, at least as far as the host is concerned, is one, but the final spin remains. I’m just not doing it.”
