Shelby Scott is a staff writer for Outsider. Hailing from the Pocono Mountains of NEPA, she graduated summa cum laude from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania, earning her bachelor's degree in both Professional Writing and Art History. While much of her professional experience lies in the world of visual arts, Outsider enables her to connect with and share her greatest passions and interests, e.g. country music, cheap beer, and PA parks and wildlife. As a parent of two under two, she's as much a full-time mom as she is a full-time writer.
