Blaschke has lived an incredible life – and then some. Born on January 4th in the year 1917, he has lived through both World Wars – the Great Depression – the Cold War – and countless others. Befitting such a legend, Al took up skydiving for his 100th birthday in 2017. He swore he would do it again to celebrate his twin grandsons’ college graduations. And here we are.

Three years on, Al is honoring that promise. The 103-year-old legend can be seen jumping out of the moving plane at an unbelievable height. Skydive Spaceland manager Thomas Hughes supervises the jump, and confirms that Al jumps from over 14,000 feet into the atmosphere.

What. A. Legend.
