First let me say that I'd easily give these mugs at least 4 (likely 5) stars, problem is one of the tops doesn't line up when tightened. See pic below. Otherwise, I love the mug, but holding it at a weird angle everytime I want a drink is annoying AF. Keeps my coffee perfect during my hour long commute into work...but that damned misaligned lid...
