Bear Brown just hit fans right in the feels with his latest update: a blissful photo with his late father, late Alaskan Bush People patriarch Billy Brown.
“Remembering my Dad, Da! My best friend! My hero!” Bear begins Thursday. His loving caption comes alongside a fantastic photo new to Alaskan Bush People fans. Within, we see the father & son duo living it up together as they grin from ear-to-ear.
“He will always be in my heart and I will forever miss our awesome adventures,” Bear continues of his late father. Tragically, the world lost reality star Billy Brown this past February, 2021. But this loss is nothing compared to the incredibly close family he left behind.
Bear’s latest photo is a special one for many reasons. For one, it’s a brand new reveal for fans – one we’ve never seen before. But the picture, as Brown also points out, “was taken at my first concert ever!!!”
There, “We saw ZZ Top! A Texas born band!” Bear exclaims, giving the beautiful moment context. Unfortunately, the Alaskan Bush People star’s Instagram is still set to private, so we can’t embed the photo for you here. We can, however, link you over to his profile here. Give Bear Brown a follow, where you can see the throwback for yourself.
“Memories are the greatest gift,” comments Alaskan Bush People fan Julia.
“Awh bear what a beautiful picture,” echoes fan Jackie.
“Que en paz descanse tu Papá,” replies Lorena, which translates to: “May your dad rest in peace.”
May he rest in peace, indeed. The loss of his father hit Bear tremendously hard, but there is always hope.
‘Alaskan Bush People’s Bear Brown on Road to Recovery
Thankfully, Bear seems to be in much higher spirits of late. In fact, Alaskan Bush People‘s own “King of Extreme” has been showing off an impressive high kick alongside his martial arts skills.
Once you mosey on over to his Instagram, you’ll see what we mean. Sporting an all-black combination of a Deadpool shirt, padded dirt bike pants, and some sweet kicks, Bear is embracing his “Extreme” mantra fully of late – and bringing our spirits up alongside his own in the process.
Through several back-to-back posts, Brown shows himself going from a hard stance to an impressive high kick. And for any others who’ve also studied karate or another martial art, you know how hard it can be to clear your head with your toes – let alone your heel! But Bear has done just that.
As a result, Alaskan Bush People Fan Teri is nicknaming Brown “Shadow Bear” over the posts. That’ll work. We dig it! Follower Ruth brings her own heat, too, replying with a winking, suggestive “Hello Mr. Extreme!”
Bear Brown certainly has himself some passionate fans, and Outsider wishes him all the best moving forward.
