The Alaskan Bush People star Bear Brown has recently had to deal with the loss of his father. Billy Brown, the family’s patriarch, and long-time Discovery Channel star passed away suddenly after suffering from a seizure. Bear had the sad duty of announcing his death to the world. Since then, Bear and his family have worked on moving on from their traumatic loss.
Some of the ways he has done so have been with his fiancee and their young son. In fact, he posted a picture of his wife and son on his Instagram earlier today. Raiven Adams wore a colorful bikini while holding her son River next to a pool. Raiven looks adoringly at her son, but River seems more concerned with something going on off-camera. Check out the photo here.
Alaskan Bush People Family Recovering
2021 has not started off great for the Alaskan Bush People Brown family. In February of this year, the family patriarch Billy Brown suffered from a seizure. He died later that night. Billy Brown was only 68 at the time of his death.
Brown and his family joined Discovery Channel in 2014 to make the show Alaskan Bush People. The show ran for twelve seasons before the death of Billy in February. The final season has been filmed, however, the family has not yet decided what to do with the footage. Additionally, they did film a tribute episode titled “The Legacy of Billy Brown” that aired on March 1. In that episode, each of Billy Brown’s children on Alaskan Bush People revealed what they would miss most about their father.
Bear Brown and Raiven Adams
Despite a somewhat up-and-down relationship, the Alaskan Bush People star and Raiven Adams plan on getting married soon. Recently, Bear Brown posted a picture on his private Instagram of him and his fiancee with their almost one-year-old son. Bear captioned the post “Hey everybody! I wanted to let y’all guys know, that very soon I will be a married man!!!!”
The pair have been on and off a bit in recent years, but following the birth of their son, the two have made it work. Apparently, their love rekindled after Bear Brown held his son for the first time. As of now, the Alaskan Bush People stars seem to be going strong.
