Adams continues the tribute by saying that she knows Billy Brown was a wonderful husband. She also mentions that he was a great father to his seven children. Additionally, she says that she is “forever blessed” to be apart of the family and that his “legacy” will continue.

Noah Brown Shares Message on Father’s Passing

The Discovery Channel reality star and one of Brown’s sons, Noah, also took to social media to share a post regarding his father’s passing.

On Instagram, he wrote, “We are heartbroken to announce that our beloved patriarch Billy Brown passed away last night after suffering from a seizure. He was our best friend – a wonderful and loving dad, granddad and husband and he will be dearly missed.  He lived his life on his terms, off the grid, and off the land and taught us to live like that as well. We plan to honor his legacy going forward and to continue with his dream.  We ask for privacy and prayers during this painful time.”

Billy Brown’s Death Due to Seizure

The “Alaskan Bush People” star passed away in his home Sunday (Feb. 7) after suffering from a seizure. Reports say that Brown went against his doctor’s recommendations that he move to a lower altitude.

Brown was having difficulty breathing due to his heart, and doctors said that the higher altitude was worsening his condition. However, the man was determined to die at his mountain home.

The Discovery Channel and the show “Alaskan Bush People” have also posted messages of support.

“We are devastated to hear of Billy Brown’s sudden passing,” the program’s tweet mourns. “He has been part of the Discovery family for years – a trailblazer, a lovely man, and most definitely one of a kind. Our heart is with his family and those that knew him as they deal with this devastating loss.”

Brown and the rest of his family’s claim to fame is that they live off the land. They’ve developed their own tribe, and even dialect, from their years, spent living in remote Alaska.
