In the photo, we see Bindi, her husband Chandler Powell, and their adorable baby girl, Grace Warrior. Bindi’s younger brother Robert and mother Terri Irwin also appeared in the post. Although Thanksgiving isn’t an Australian holiday, Bindi took the opportunity to share what she’s thankful for.
“Tremendously thankful for my sweet family. Their love, kindness, and support light up my life. 💛 Love you 3,000,” Bindi Irwin captioned the post.
“Love you 3,000” is a reference to a line from Robert Downey Jr. in the 2019 Marvel movie, “Avengers: Endgame.” It’s a sweet phrase, both in the film and in real life, so it’s no surprise that Bindi used it here.
The family has much to celebrate and be thankful for, especially with Grace Warrior just turning eight months old this week. Bindi Irwin posted an adorable photo of Grace getting “eaten” by a crocodile statue on Nov. 25.
“And here we are, our baby girl is 8 months old and her personality continues to shine. One of the things she likes most is our giant crocodile statue here at Australia Zoo. She’s growing up so fast and her smile lights up the world. 💛🐊 Grace Warrior, we love you beyond description,” Irwin captioned the post.
Bindi’s husband, Chandler, also commented on it, “She is the cutest. I love you both❤️.”
Bindi Irwin’s Wedding Vows Holds Special Connection to Daughter Grace Warrior
Miraculously, Grace’s birthday actually lines up with another important event in Bindi Irwin’s life: her wedding anniversary to Chandler Powell. Chandler and Bindi got married in a private ceremony at the Australia Zoo on March 25, 2020. In August 2020, Bindi soon announced she was pregnant on Instagram.
Bindi welcomed Grace into the world exactly one year after she and Chandler got married. But it turns out that her birth is even more closely related to Bindi and Chandler’s wedding than we thought. Bindi Irwin posted a photo of her and Chandler on their wedding day along with a photo showing the time and date Grace was born.
“Grace Warrior was born at 5:52 pm on the 25th of March 2021. We just discovered that Chandler and I said our vows and were officially married exactly 3 minutes earlier on the 25th of March 2020. Three. Minutes. This is why I believe in miracles,” Bindi captioned her post.
It’s a totally crazy coincidence, but these things happen for a reason. Who knew that one year after getting married, Bindi and Chandler would welcome their greatest joy into their lives? The vows they said during the ceremony just hold even more true today.
