Bindi Irwin and her family looked absolutely stunning for the Steve Irwin Gala honoring her late father, a wildlife conservationist.

Steve Irwin tragically passed away in 2006, and since then, his family has honored his legacy by working to conserve wildlife all around the world. The annual gala raises money for those efforts and honors his memory.

Bindi posted a series of photos to her Instagram page from the gala earlier this week, highlighting some really special moments. In the first pic, we see her looking absolutely stunning in a deep green gown. Her mother, Terri Irwin, also looks gorgeous in a chic flowery dress. Bindi’s husband, Chandler, cleans up very nicely in a khaki suit and black bowtie. Robert, Bindi’s brother, flip-flopped colors with Chandler and rocked a black suit with a khaki bowtie.

Of course, it wouldn’t be a Steve Irwin Gala without some animals. Chandler handled an adorable koala while Robert heled onto a huge snake in the photos. Grace Warrior, Bindi Irwin and Chandler Powell’s daughter, didn’t make it to the banquet because she fell asleep, per Bindi’s caption.

“The #SteveIrwinGala 2021. ✨ Raising funds and awareness for @wildlifewarriorsworldwide and celebrating Dad’s life and legacy,” Bindi begins in her caption. “Thank you to everyone who was involved in this beautiful, emotional, inspiring night. (Our tiniest Wildlife Warrior, Grace, fell asleep just before the event started but she was there in her dreams. Swipe to see her khaki dress at the end).”

And sure enough, when you swipe to the end, you see little Grace looking so freaking cute with her khaki bow tie and dress. We’re glad she got some rest, even if she missed the gala.

Bindi Irwin Gives Thanks for Her Family on Thanksgiving

Although Bindi Irwin was born in Australia, she still took advantage of the American holiday to give special thanks for her family.

She posted a sweet family photo of her, Chandler, Robert, Terri, and little Grace earlier this week on Instagram. In the photo, the family rocks matching khaki uniforms from the Australia Zoo. Bindi captioned the post, “Tremendously thankful for my sweet family. Their love, kindness, and support light up my life. 💛 Love you 3,000.”

It’s a sweet shoutout, especially with all the blessings in the family recently. Little Grace just turned eight months old on Nov. 25, and Bindi even shared a remarkable coincidence about Grace’s March birthday and Bindi and Chandler’s wedding anniversary.

“Grace Warrior was born at 5:52 pm on the 25th of March 2021. We just discovered that Chandler and I said our vows and were officially married exactly 3 minutes earlier on the 25th of March 2020. Three. Minutes. This is why I believe in miracles,” Bindi Irwin captioned her post. Some things really do happen for a reason.
