“Blue Bloods” star Donnie Wahlberg was in awe of the rain in a recent Twitter video he posted.

The 52-year-old former New Kids on The Block member was showing off the rain in a sunshower.

In the eight-second clip, Wahlberg says, “it’s raining and the sun’s out. Pretty cool.”

One Wahlberg fan responded to his post by saying she “learned that they say “the devil is beating his wife” when this happens in the south.”

‘Blue Bloods’ Star a Birthday Boy

This past Tuesday, the 52-year-old “Blue Bloods” star celebrated his birthday. According to Country Living, he celebrated it by sharing an emotional video from his late mother.

In the video, Alma Elaine Wahlberg wished him a happy birthday. She died on April 19.

He Tweeted, “52 trips around the sun, with no rocket ship, and the ride gets sweeter. If I’ve learned anything in this life, it’s to start each day saying #ThankYou. Not a single moment is promised to me, but each one is appreciated.”

Wahlberg’s wife, Jenny McCarthy, added: “She is with you. Smiling. And telling you that you’re still her favorite.”

McCarthy also treated her “Blue Bloods” star husband on the special occasion with a pillow of sorts.

The 48-year-old movie and TV star shared a few Instagram photos of her decorated dining space. There were multi-colored balloons that hit the ceiling. There were Happy Birthday balloons and ones that spelled out his name.

But one unique pink pillow prop had her face on it. He thanked her by kissing it.

In addition to the birthday wishes, “Blue Bloods” co-star Marisa Ramirez shared a photo of the two celebrating his birthday on the set during a work break. The two friends wore their facemasks with a Happy Birthday sign in the background.

In addition to the “Blue Bloods” star’s birthday week, his son celebrated his 20th birthday. Donnie Wahlberg posted a Happy Birthday tweet for his son, Elijah Wahlberg, with photos of the two.

‘Blue Bloods’ Star Supports Fan

After a recent New Kids on The Block concert at Boston’s Fenway Park, Wahlberg stepped up with words of support for an 11-year-old boy.

According to Fox News, the boy had a concert shirt stolen from him on Aug. 6. When Connor Stuart left his first-ever concert, a woman stole his shirt and disappeared into the crowd near an MBTA shuttle stop. A search of the woman turned up no leads.

According to NBC10, word of the theft got to the band.

When the “Blue Bloods” star learned of the incident from Stuart’s sister’s social media post, he got in touch with the young boy.

Walberg sent Stuart a special video, apologizing for the incident. Wahlberg promised to meet with the boy on his next Boston visit while sending along with a “special care package” of band merchandise.
