If you thought you knew who Frank Reagan was as a cop, think again. In the fourth episode of season 12 of Blue Bloods, Reagan finds himself in a grey area.

Part of what makes Blue Bloods so interesting as a television show is the grey areas the character constantly has to live in. The characters, specifically Frank, are faced with difficult challenges every week.

In episode 4, Frank makes a tough decision on Adams. In this episode, Adams commits a very serious legal breach. Because of his actions, Frank responds and it may have surprised the viewers. His actions and ethics were questionable, at the very least.

What’s to Come In Blue Bloods Episode 5, Season 12?

So what will the fallout for Frank and Adams be in the next episode? There is a lot riding on the fallout from episode 4, but fans have to wait for a bit to find out what happens with their favorite multi-generational cop family.

There are a lot of moving parts on the program. Frank still needs to settle his feud with Mayor Chase. What does Eddie’s future hold? With Erin joining the Manhattan District Attorney’s office, what is in store for her character going forward? Is this is a good path for Erin, Frank, and Eddie to be on?

The new episode is named “Good Intentions”. Based on what we saw in episode 4, it is safe to assume more ethical questions will continue to be at the forefront of this season.
